I was asked to write a review without any product or logo.
Once my logo was "apparently" finalised, Jeff called me to ask me to pay $1400 for trade marking and attempted to take money from my account. Luckily my bank denied this transaction. He was very manipulative in trying get this large sum of money from me, telling me that he would not give me the files I've paid for until I pay this ridiculous fee of which I do not need and was never told about. After a long and manipulating phone call, he told me my files would be in within 24hours. I still have not received my files several days later and he will not return any of my emails. I cannot get my files or my $180 back. I believe this company is a scam company and would not recommend going through them unless you want to lose your money and hand over bank details to a scammer.
