Horrible service. SLOW AND THEN BAIT and SWITCH. They try to con you into purchasing a copyright or trademark registration you do not need. They then deliver inferior copy. Total scam artists. AVOID

The beginning of the process was very straight forward as was the communication in general. They understood exactly what I wanted right from the beginning.

A future improvement that can be made is communication via one person only as it became quite confusing when I was receiving emails from one person but text messages from another so it was a little hard to keep up with.

We got there in the end despite the turnaround time being a little longer than advertised.

Overall though, a good experience. Very friendly staff who listen to what you need.
