Had the rudest disrespectful online customer consultant who didn't answer my question and just offered me packages until i insisted he answer my question

I asked if they can modify my logo by adding 2 words
Eddie the online CC who claimed to be a human being when i asked him, did not answer my question re my logo being modified until i demanded he answer my request and not push packages on to me

Once i finally received answer to my question and price

I said thanks but no thanks, and he said we don't serve poor people or something ignorant and rude like that, It is an absolute joke his attitude, but if that is acceptable customer service re Australian logo then sorry i have no time or money to give such a company that employs insolent, rude, people who cannot even answer a simple question

%100 Scam. Tried to get more money out of us, told them we have done this many times and your are lying about extra cost. As soon as off the phone they tried to charge $558 on my card lucky the bank stopped them. But no have to go trough all the hassle of changing card.

Very fast service and I was provided with a variety of designs from which to choose. Changes were made promptly and staff were courteous.

They came up with a heap of different logos to choose from to begin with and after choosing the best one for me they will then edit that one exactly how you want it. All very quickly too.
