Horrible company. As mentioned in all the comments. They are scammers. They will build you a website and as you go keep charing you more and more money even though they say it is included in the initial amount. They made so many errors with the website a lot of going back and forth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM STAY AWAY !!! If you don't want to be scammed and taken for a ride. They are very rude and will appear to be nice at first.

Could be a touch better but the designs are great

I like my logo; it didn't take long to design it, but the whole process should be better.
Altogether, it took 15 days, 19 emails, 1 phone call, 2 questionnaires, 1 chat session and 1 text msg.
Anyway, it's done now, and I like it.

They will make a logo for you business but then will try and scam you to pay for a trademark and will lie about other hidden fees do not use them they are 100% a scam

AussieLogo is a SCAM. Do not fall prey to this terrible business. I payed a total of $185.79 for a logo package on 14-02-2024. I was told personally that if I did not like the designs made I would receive a full refund. I sent through my sketched concept for them to digitalize and detail with the information I provided. Within a day of that phone call I received my first logo illustration. It looked nothing like what I asked for. Worse was that the art used wasn’t original and instead appeared exactly like the free, basic formats already available on Canva.
I realized that with this low level of skill I wouldn’t be receiving the professional logo I wanted. Via email, I politely asked for a refund. In return, I got a new form to refill in of the information I’d already sent through and discussed. After I asked again for a refund, I was ignored AGAIN and received another concept. This one appeared more like the design I originally asked for but was entirely devoid of any effort and lacked artistic competency. Honestly, it looked like a child had made it.
After that, I explained why I didn’t like the concepts and that I still wanted a refund. Melissa on AussieLogo responded that “A full refund in any case will not be a possibility.” In addition, she wanted 70% of my money for a design I had refused to be made in the first place.
On each of their packages is the phrase “money back guarantee”. They verbally agreed that a refund was possible. These assurances are lies. They did NOT return my $185.79 and instead responded that a refund “in any case” is “…against [our] Terms and Conditions”.
With their refusal to issue a refund without consuming 70%, I was disgusted. I wrote that if they refused to issue the guaranteed refund then I would post this review. They then replied that they would refund me fully on 14-03-24 and that it would take 7-11 business days to process. That time passed and I have enquired about my money several times since. I’ve received nothing but emails demanding more of my patience.
Not a dollar of my hard earned $185.79 has been returned to my bank account to this day. It’s been more than a month since their false pledge to fully refund.
AussieLogo’s scheming is truly white collar; they communicate politely enough when it suits them but fail to keep their promises or return money.
Whatever you do, steer clear of this horrendous, despicable fraud of a business. Their art is subpar and not worth your time or concern. Look elsewhere for creditable, reasonable logo designers. These people will steal from you.

Jeff and the crew did a amazing job and gave me 15 design ideas, after a phone call discussion about how I would like the design to be (pictures, style, writing etc) and after the 15 logos I was able to ask my friends on there favorite 2 designs I picked the 2 and asked for them to be put together with bits and pieces from both. Very happy and would highly recommend

Great they are so patient and caring. Waiting for stationary and final logos !
