Scam do not buy, everything they state is false. Ingrown hairs pores fast hair growth will happen straight after! Harsh for any skin type! Also not responding to my emails and ignoring my emails with regards to the money back guarantee - would not recommend

Really wanted this to work

Really wanted this to work! I am desperate at 56 and a life long PCOS girlie! But it failed me spectacularly! I am sooooo disappointed! Tried to cancel online asap but couldn’t and had to contact them by email, to be fair they replied pretty quick but filled my head with more magic, so I tried it again after a week, same result! Nothing! Except red raw skin and an actual burn which had turned into a massive coldsore and now I have a scabby face! The smell was disgusting and I might as well have just bought Immac or Nair! Which I haven’t used for years because I got EXACTLY the same results! Irritation, burns and a red scabby face! Absolute BULLSHIT!

Do not order terrible customer service

I sent 13 emails to this company after placing my order trying to cancel it. They finally did answer my email after my item shipped. I will refuse this package and never order from them again!

Scam company

I gotta write another review because this is so messed up. After trying to cancel an order multiple times and receiving the same email over and over again, the order arrived and now I’m trying to make a return and this people are not responding to any email. I’ve email them several times, NOTHING. This is the worst company I’ve ever purchased. I don’t think there’s a real customer service, This is a total scam, the product, the company, customer service, all of it. Please don’t purchase from this company. I know I lost my money. I don’t have any hopes of an answer or refund. I’m so pissed.

Absolutely terrible company!!!!!

Absolutely terrible company – do NOT shop here.

Aurlux is a complete scam. They are ignoring my recent emails, repeated the exact same response every time, and never actually addressed the issue. It honestly feels like I was emailing a robot, not a real person.

I asked them to provide a screenshot proving my order was on the way and I'm ingored. After that, the tracking number never updated and the product never arrived.

I asked for a refund because I did not receive anything, and all I got back was the same copy-and-paste response over and over again: “We’re sorry you feel this way.” That’s it. No help, no refund, no accountability.

To make it even worse, you’re automatically signed up to a subscription without it being made clear. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I have lost money, wasted time, and been left feeling angry, upset, and frustrated. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with I can’t even call it a proper company.

Never ever shop here. Don’t waste your money.
I am escalating my problem as I have given the time to respond and nothing. The worst part is I'm moving tomorrow and have completely wasted my money!

Tell your family and friends dont waste time or money.

Everyone's response on here seems to be the same aswell and the support team ! There clearly isn’t one!!!!

Would be 0 stars if I could
This product is advertised as "try it 60 days risk free" as well as not stinking like normal hair removal cream.
Both of these statements are lies.
They will only accept returns within 60 days if unopened, meaning you can't actually try the product but you can hold on to it for 60 days and look at it from afar.
Whoever decided it has "no smell" clearly has a medical issue, because it stinks.
Oh. And by the way. The product doesnt work.

The company stopped replying once I provided screenshots of their false advertising and I am still out of pocket.

Scam company

I ordered products from this company and never received them, I got a tracking notification saying it was intercepted by USPS with counterfeit postage. Then a couple days later, I noticed an additional transaction on my card.. was then charged for a reoccurring subscription which I did not sign up for.
I reached out to the company and they refused to issue me a refund for the second one and then told me that the first one is still in transport to me it’s just not showing up on my end. They refuse to do anything to resolve this issue. I had to reach out to my bank to assist me with a refund.

Pretty much what everyone else is saying

I've had PCOS for many years, I've tried EVERYTHING please believe me. I'm 54 and still need to shave daily.
I hate this condition and desperate for something to work long term.
This product does sting (although slightly) I have tough dark hair and left it on for 8 minutes, some hair lifted but no where near as much as the adverts say, I'll still need to shave in the morning.
Very disappointed and waste of money at £24 for two packs which was a bogof deal.
Laser is the only hair removal that lasts but I'm afraid with this condition it is a life long battle.

​A month after my initial purchase, I received the email. It read, in corporate-speak: "Your next Arlux package is on its way!" My bank account simultaneously received a notification: -£29.00.
​I immediately channeled my inner investigative journalist and stormed the Arlux website. I had to hunt through digital shadows just to find the cancellation portal for the subscription I didn't know existed. It's hidden better than a pirate's treasure map!
​Four emails later—a bureaucratic odyssey that felt longer than a trip to the moon—I finally managed to sever the mysterious financial tether.
​The result? I am £29 lighter and possess a product whose hair removal capability is on par with, well, a gentle breeze. My rogue follicles are still thriving, mocking me and their pricey, useless foe.
​Verdict: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Unless you enjoy surprise charges and engaging in high-stakes email negotiations, buy literally anything else. My wallet is still in recovery

SCAM

This product isn't even what I received. I received Nicor.. anyway I tried it.. it was absolutely ineffective. Smelled like nair.. literally nothing came off.. I messaged customer service several times with no reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I believed i was doing a one time purchase but it was a monthly sub.

You cant speak to an actual human. I emailed numerous times as thia product did not work for me. They emailed with tips on how to use the cream instead of actually listening to their customers ensuring your next billing cycle arrives before they do anything.

I finally received an email on 2 Nov 25 confirming my subsvription has been cancelled only to now find they have shipped another lot of product that ia useless for me.

Awful business thar doesnt mind including stress and anxiety as part of their service!

Subscription scam!!

Purchased what I thought was a 1 time purchase, but unknowingly signed up to a subscription. On realizing this I tried to cancel with a link they say they will email to manage your subscription - which never arrived. Then had to contact their support email to request cancellation. This went round and round in circles with me asking for the cancellation immediately, to the response being "yes I can confirm you have an active subscription with us... here are the benefits..." with no mention or confirmation of cancellation. This took 4 requests for cancellation and the threat of reporting to trading standards for my request to be taken seriously and then received confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. Definitely a scam!!!

All I can say at this point is I will…

All I can say at this point is I will not be continuing my subscription as I have not received my product. USPS flagged the package as counterfeit shipping label. I ordered on 12/2 and it is now early morning hours of 12/12 and still no product but my money is gone. This company seems to be a scam in my eyes. I was super excited to try something for my facial hair and no product to use. They delayed shipping due to moving warehouses, then apparently used a fake shipping Label.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I followed every instruction perfectly—returned the items unopened, sent clear photos, and provided proof of postage. Despite all that, the company still managed to mishandle my refund.

I was charged £23.94, yet they tried to refund me in USD and claimed I only paid £16. It’s unbelievable that a company can’t even get a basic transaction right. Even after sending them proof of the actual amount taken, I was met with delays, incorrect information, and zero accountability.

The level of carelessness is shocking. I’ve wasted time chasing them over something that should have been straightforward. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this company.

It doesnt work

It doesnt work. The product is aimed at women with PCOS and as one of those women I was desperate for something to work.

It doesn't remove the hair on my face, it only removes finer hair like under arms.

I struggled to cancel the subscription and asked 3 times for it to be cancelled before I managed to find a way to do it myself (which wasnt the easiest)

Scam subscription, vanishing website and poor product

Like many of these other reviews, the order signed me up to a subscription. Having received and used the product it is below the standard of the usual hair removal creams. I have tried to cancel my subscription using the link sent to me and their website no longer exists!

Avoid at all costs.
