Try reaching their customer support and they will ghost you every time. Do not expect any assistance in case of an emergency. I have learned this lesson the hard way and will never book a flight through them. Please book directly with an airline if you can afford it.

I have never experienced such a terrible company or customer service in my life.
I purchased an airline ticket through this travel agency and simply wanted to change the travel date. After more than two weeks, the issue is still not resolved. I called at least five times to request the change. Each time, I was told to check my email for details, but when I called back after reviewing the information, I was told that the quoted fare was no longer available and was given a much higher price.
The website stated that the date change would cost around $300, but I was later told that various additional fees brought the total to $2,300. When my husband, who is a native English speaker, he was quoted a completely different price of $1,100 for the exact same change.
I also tried using the online chat on July 24 to discuss the pricing, but the average wait time was over 200 minutes. On top of that, if you do not respond to the agent within one minute, you are forced to start the entire queue again. I was repeatedly told to check my email, yet even when I stayed on the phone waiting for them to send it, no email ever arrived.
To make matters worse, I purchased a refundable ticket, but I was repeatedly told that it was non-refundable. After wasting more than two weeks, countless hours on calls and chats, and receiving contradictory information from different representatives, absolutely nothing was resolved.
This experience felt deceptive and completely unacceptable. The company wasted both my time and money, and it was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Never using aunt betty again. I was put on hold for over an hour and the chat finally got through another time and because it was after 116minutes he didn’t wait for me to respond and shut the chat down so I had to wait again. If you can use the actual airline not this third party.

Easy to book and take our money. When the conflict in Iran affected all flights, we cancelled with the promise of full refund within 12 weeks. Well, after 13 weeks a total of 14 hours on hold, zero emails replied, we are still waiting. This is not acceptable. Do not ever book through this company, I have before but now, never again.

Had a flight booked with them, no issues so I risked it and booked a flight with them again. It was the biggest mistake. They didn't send me a confirmation email, you wouldn't think it a problem no? Well, you NEED that email to access ANY help from aunt betty, even on their website there is no online chat and I couldn't even fill out the website firm without the booking reference. I called them and waited an hour to speak to what I assume is a foreign call centre as be barely spoke English, to be told there is nothing I can do and was told to email someone else, he told me without my email or booking reference I have no booking. I've had to do a charge back with PayPal and they finally gave me the airline reference but refuse to send me the link so I still have no access to customer service from them. Absolutely awful to deal with - just book through the airline directly. avoid avoid avoid!

They responded that rubbish, yet dont have my booking details, no refund has been given and they havent even seen my account or checked. Can't even tell the truth on trustpilot.

I booked two flights with 23kg baggage and was confirmed as part of email sale but then received eticket saying no checked baggage. I have contacted then via chat twice and phone 3 times and each time they say they will sort and email me but never do. I rang again today and finally received an email saying booking not include baggage. This is false and misleading sale. I will NEVER use them again. Customer service is appalling. I can not believe they are affiliated with flight centre.

Cheaper but painful.
We booked return flights from Australia to Europe for our whole family.
After booking, we received the initial confirmation email and "nothing" else. The "Manage Booking" URL from that email states: "These details are from your initial itinerary. Changes may have occurred that will not be reflected here." Not quite re-assuring since it's neem months with no communications and no portal to check.
Aunt Betty provides no meaningful self service options. There is no way to check in, select meals, confirm passport details, or manage your booking online.
Customer support is also extremely difficult to reach. Email responses can take days, and phone wait times can stretch into hours.
The prices may be attractive, but if anything goes wrong, don't expect much support. You're largely on your own.

All we want is our refund as stated.
We had our flight cancelled back in March 26 with Qatar Airlines. Booked through Aunt Betty’s. The airline processed refund (information provided from a customer service adviser Aunt Betty’s) also in March 26. We are still waiting for a refund. Called numerous times. Emailed numerous times. Talked today to a Customer Service Rep who put the phone down on me. I am dissatisfied and disappointed to deal with this company. The information states wait up to 12 weeks for a redund….this has come and gone. No refund or expected date of refund.
Which way forward….Ombudsman and Consumer Protection. I will never use this agent again. Horrendous experience.
