Staff always very friendly & helpful

Staff always very friendly & helpful. Booking flyts is an anxious excersize for me, no computer or knowledge of hence my reliance on stores n face to face contact. Usually under staffed, have to book a time or wait wait wait.
Overall very satisfied altho captains package is a rort.

Helpful Service

We have appreciated the expertise of senior travel consultant, Ed Hesline.
He was a great help previously, so we were happy to seek him out for his advice again. He helped us to navigate our way through our family holiday ideas & pulled together an itinerary for us, which was no small task!
Ed remained cheerful, professional and focussed, as he expedited matters efficiently for us. He is easy to work with - a competent agent!

A Staff..ing good place to Book Travels

The staff (Kalicia Farr)...was very professional and excellent.
Got all I needed done in just one visit with Kalicia who made the process very seamless. Love visiting the Flight Centre Rockingham, WA office

Flight Centre Beausdesert Amber 5-stars

Flight Centre Beausdesert Amber is an absolute 5-star. If I could give six stars, it wouldn't be enough. Amber assisted me in a traumatic time when I had to add on a leg to an international flight, for a family emergency. Plus, she found some 'extra' services that are not overtly identified on international flights to help make my journey more comfortable. Thank you, Amber.

We were served almost immediately

We were served almost immediately, given details of. what we were looking for and no fuss booking. All the time exchanging interesting travel tales with our agent.

A very quick and easy process for…

A very quick and easy process for travel insurance. I did have to contact flight centre today as the travel agent I saw last week did not include my husbands surname and I was listed as Mr not Mrs. Error on policy was corrected today

The lady we spoke to at Flight Centre…

The lady we spoke to at Flight Centre Colonnades (Zoe) was very courteous, patient and helpfull. We are elderly customers travelling and need a lot of paience to deal with and she had this.

Pay more to get hit with extra few steer clear!

I thought booking through travel center would be he safest and easiest way to book my flight was a huge mistake. When I had to move my flights due to change in the event by two weeks I was hit with extra hidden fees. They send you a confirmation which includes fare rules and what you will pay if there is a change on their letterhead but when you go to change they advise you to look further into their terms and conditions for further hidden fees and you can't change directly through the airlines as they make you change through flight centre forcing you to pay more. Do Not Use misleading and unethical practice.

Flight Centre Kenmore

Flight Centre Kenmore - terrible service as always. Having already booked a ticket through them, I went in to ask about how to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. The 'mature blonde' travel agent was very rude and seemed to think it was ok to talk down to me in front of the agent I was dealing with. When I pulled her up on it she actually laughed. I will never use this Flight Centre again! Dreadful service :(

Five Star treatment from Marcus…

Five Star treatment from Marcus Whitford at Flight Centre Brisbane International Airport.
He went above and beyond what was required as a travel agent when 36hrs before i flew to NZ I found my new passport was missing. He told me what i would be required to do to get an emergency passport, managed to have me bumped to the following days flight therefor only missing 1 day of my holiday. Thank you once again Marcus.

I have had the worst experience in 70…

I have had the worst experience in 70 years with a travel agency.
I booked an International flight in February this year and phoned 2 days to check the booking as the flight is in a week.
I was told the flight was full as were flights the day before and the day after. The money had been paid months ago. I bought another ticket and they refuse to refund my original "nonexistent"one.
It has been profoundly upsetting and I will never use them again.
I would advise that no one does.

I am currently overseas in Mexico and…

I am currently overseas in Mexico and trying to book a cruise in Australia for October.

I have used Flightcentre before so I submitted an online enquiry form.

I was contacted by an agent and told her what I wanted and that I was ready to pay.

She wrote back one day later and Cc'ed a colleague into it and told me she was too busy and her colleague would handle it.

I told her colleague I wanted two Oceanview rooms and could she send a payment link do I could pay straight away.

Two days later and I still havent received a response. Unless you go into a store there is zero customer service.

My wife and I travel at least twice a year to overseas destinations and used to use Flightcentre regularly but in the last few years their customer service has been woeful.

I will have to go direct to the Cruise company. I guess the staff dont bother helping people unless they get a high commission.

This is a poor business model and I hope they suffer because of it.
