Billy Knepscheld Senior Consultant at Flight Centre Maroochydore 10/10 Thank you. As someone who has always planned every centric detail of their travel arrangements Billy took the edge right away. He was extremely professional and was able to match recommendations to our every need. He listened and was able to accommodate all our wants and needs, even after changing our mind once or twice along the way. Thank you again Billy. We are so excited for our trip to Mexico at the end of the year.

Just booked a river cruise with Flight…

Just booked a river cruise with Flight Centre, Jycara Stewart was so helpful and took the time to research and answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Jycara she went above and beyond for me, best service I have had with Flight Centre for many years.

Our experience with Maddi Wood at the…

Our experience with Maddi Wood at the Flight Centre was excellent and this is not the first time. Nothing is too much trouble, clear explanations are provided and email queries are attended to promptly. We hope Flight Centre values her as much as we do.

Bella Markey is a 5 star agent and person…

Bella Markey has done an amazing job for me. She is very focused and efficient with a friendly and assured manner. I priced out doing my holiday myself and was pleasantly surprised that Flight Centre's $3200 package was actually $300 less than my own plan. My biggest savings came from adding Captains Pack Plus which gave me a 10% reduction in Travel cover. I will be using Flight Centre from now on as they take the stress out of planning holidays and will find the most economical way for this old guy to travel solo. Bella and I are already looking at a solo ski holiday in the near future. She is the agent I will use in the future as she looks to help her clients to get the best value while giving sound guidance.

The worst experience

That was my first and the worst experience using flight center services as my travel agency. Zero attention, lots of fuckups, ruined my trip. Never again

Worst customer who never attend to…

Worst customer who never attend to customers call. Changed my flight 3 times and after spending $10000 for flight I have to pay $500 for seat selection which I already selected in my previous flights which has been changed.

Currumundi Flight Centre Sunshine Coast Qld.

I have been using Flight Centre Currumundi for several years. The reason I continue to do business with them is the consistently professional and friendly way I am treated as a long term customer despite the fact I live in Brisbane. Courtney and her staff are a pleasure to deal with. In recent times Courtney has gone out of her way to assist me with some issues arising from a long term booking. Nothing is too much trouble for her or her staff. I highly recommend them.

I've booked travel from Perth to Uganda…

I've booked travel from Perth to Uganda online. I chose booking through Travel Centre and traveling South Africa Airways over a slightly more expensive Emirates direct booking. Flight times were fine. A month later I get an e-mail saying the airline has changed my flight.

I later looked at this e-mail and at the very bottom is some text that says you must call to confirm the changes. Everytime I've booked flights with places like Air New Zealand if they adjust flight times they send you an update but they don't make you confirm.

I call and they have to contact the airline to confirm the changes but the flights aren't available so they'll ask again. So they ask me to call back a few days later. I do but they need to confirm something else. Then they call back a couple weeks later from another Queensland number but doesn't work when I pickup. I get an e-mail so I call back. 2 calls later that day with multiple long waits we finally have confirmation.

Each time the overseas call centre goes through the same information, and instead of telling me what's changed they read out all 6 flights there and back.

It's very frustrating as a customer, if the airline makes changes to my flights then opt me in and then let me know so I can say if it doesn't work. I should have to opt in to the change.

I'm going to book direct with airlines or use in person flight centre in the future if it's a complicated itinerary (open jaw etc)

I went in the store to tell them about…

I went in the store to tell them about our last holiday, and then received some advice about a cruise line that we hadn't tried and may now try because Karen had just cruised with them and enjoyed it immensely. It was all the things we like about cruising and Flight Centre.

Your travel consultant Rebecca Lantry, at Robina Town Centre, is exceptionally knowledgeable with international airlines and routes. She provided me with outstanding customer service. She explained everything l needed to know in a clear and concise manner and was very patient with me. Rebecca has a wonderful sense of humour. She was determined to find me the best price possible for my trip to the UK. I am extremely grateful for the level of service l received in-store today.

Bianca F (from Melbourne) is amazing! She is friendly, professional and most importantly listens. Bianca goes out of her way to ensure your holiday will be fantastic, nothing is too much hassle. Maddi made our booking experience easy

Having just booked Intrepid tours and flights within South America we found Maddi Wood in Collins Street Melbourne fantastic . We also felt comfortable to have her organise our insurance too. Maddi was fast efficient and very approachable with all our questions. Thank you for helping us .

Professional and polite, flight centre all the way!

Went into midland store to see how much our trip to New Zealand would cost, Samantha gave us a great deal so we booked it then and there she got everything organised for us. With the flights, car and accommodation. She is so professional an asset to your business. We will definitely see you in the future.

I'm at my wit's end

I'm at my wit's end! It's been a whole year of pleading for assistance. Endless phone calls, ignored forms, and no-reply emails - and I'm still stuck in this mess. I need urgent help now! After scouring for an emergency contact, my emails are still being rejected by your system. Can anyone hear me?

I can't bear another pointless phone call or another automated response. Please, I need a real person to step in and take charge of my case. It's been neglected for far too long.

I'm counting on you to finally make things right.

Positive Experience with Flight Centre

Great Service by Travel Consultant

I spoke with Travel Consultant Molly Horner as I needed to use a Flight Centre Gift Card. Molly was fabulous and saved me over $500 in flight costs compared to what I was going to book. Notwithstanding this Molly was able to track down nearly $400 in flight credits we had from a cancelled trip that happened during COVID lockdown. Great work Molly!

We had an excellent experience at…

We had an excellent experience at Flight Centre Hurstville, for the second time with Daniel Williamson. This time Daniel booked our family's Europe trip and couldn't have been more helpful. Daniel shared some great advice, very responsive and was only too happy to accommodate any changes we wanted.

Whale Shark Holiday

While we haven't been on our holiday yet, and that will be the real test of how good Flight Centre were, the actual booking was done really well. The Staff Member looked at several options, and found the one most suitable, time wise, for us. She had knowledge about flights and accommodation that we were unaware of, and also knew that we needed to book the Whale Shark tour with our trip to ensure that we actually got to do it!!! If we'd done this trip ourselves from home, we probably wouldn't have done this and may have missed out altogether!! We were very impressed at how easy she made things for us. Thank you. We are very much looking forward to our holiday in June this year.
