It’s taken 10 months for a refund

It’s taken 10 months for a refund, they charged a fee that we were assured would be waived due to the issues I faced with the case, and we have literally had to call over 50 times and the refund still isn’t resolved. Honestly, avoid flight centre at all costs. It’s not worth 10 months of your life chasing a refund.

What was supposed to be a celebration turned into a nightmare

What was supposed to be a long awaited trip to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary, plus seeing my sister who I haven’t seen in 10 years. We saved for our trip we’re looking forward to it. The flight ✈️ was delayed leaving Brisbane we were going to Adelaide. Our flight ✈️ home was delayed leaving Adelaide and to add another insult our trip we were supposed to fly with Virgin we did going to Adelaide but returning it was with an airline we had never heard of Alliance, our memories of our 47th wedding anniversary will be forever tainted with the stuff up of Flightcenter

Breaking grandchildren hearts.

Sunday 2nd July. My 2 Grand children (11 g, 14 m) were booked to fly up to MCY via SYD from ADL. my daughter paid whole lot extra through the Murray Bridge store for this, was all sorted till they got to ADL airport, Charlie was refused to be let on plane. The connecting flight was on same plane going through to Maroochydore. My grandson Edward didn't even get off plane in SYD, they let him stay on board and just swap seats.
My grandchildren were going to fly up here to bundaberg every school holidays , but after this happening, Charlie is refusing unless a parent flys with her. What's the point of paying out all that extra money for the airport manager to then refuse and upset my grand daughter .

Highly recommend James from Queen St

Highly recommend James from Queen St, Brisbane. We have just returned from our trip James organised to the USA. We had a lot of issues with flights and James was in constant contact (sometimes before the actual airline advised us). When we arrived at our hotel in Houston we were told the credit card from the wholesaler hadn't worked and we would have to cover it. One email to James and it was rectified within a day. We have just planned our next trip with James and again excellent customer service.

Amelia is a superstar!

My review is on Amelia Kuchel (travel agent) more so than Flight Centre. Amelia is an absolute superstar. She is extremely responsive, knows her stuff and just gets things done! Amelia has been in constant communication and aided me in spending a credit (applied due to COVID) before it expired. I cannot fault her service. Thank you Amelia.

3 months out

3 months out, last leg of flight is canceled!The flight replacement is extra 7 hours and 2 stops. Asked for better option, none provided after 4 phone calls. Then felt threatened that I except offer, as this is subject to availability! What now I not getting home! I am sorry I thought going via Flight Centre was a safe option, NO! Will not be recommending.

Hi Ann, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately when an airline makes a flight cancellation, this is completely out of the control of the customer and any booking agent, as the decision and following alternative options provided are made by the airline directly.
Your agent was correct in advising your options are based on availability, as the alternative offered can book out at any time, and once you confirm your decision, our agents do the work to take care of confirming your new tickets for you.
I hope this helps provide further clarity for you, and we are sorry to see that you were affected by an airline cancellation.

She was able to help us with options that best suited our personalities and made our experience of finding and booking a holiday so easy. Sarah was amazing to deal with…

Sarah was amazing to deal with throughout the experience and her customer focus was incredible.

Sarah tailored a Queenstown Winter package which suited our needs and requirements. Sarah went the extra mile and liaised with myself and my partner throughout the whole process. I am looking forward to booking my next holiday with Sarah. Great work!

Five stars for Carmen Flight Centre Waurn Ponds

After initial disappointment with some enquiries at Flight Centre Waurn Ponds, Carmen has restored my faith in the worth of going through a travel agent for the booking of a holiday. Carmen is an absolute asset to the Flight Centre team. Not only did she go above and beyond in her role, she was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. In a climate where it is difficult to get good customer service, Carmen is the epitome of what it is to be a good travel consultant.

We have used Flight Centre on three occasions

We have used Flight Centre on three occasions now Two of those have been with Kellie Cullen at Gateways. She is very experienced and where she is not sure of something she immediately acts to find out. She is courteous, a good listener and always prepared to explore all options before wrapping up a feasible trip/holiday plan and quote. She understands that subsequent amendments are always a go and deals with these in the same prompt manner. Our other booking was done for 4 people from a Flight Centre advertisement for Maldives - all went well there too.

Planning holidays with confidence and stress free

For some people organising and booking holidays is a stressful time but not for us we go into our Flight Centre in Mandurah Forum,we are looked after from the minute we go in by Rachel.We have confidence and always know Rach will always do the best for us listen,find and support us with our holidays.We now talk and discuss our holiday plans as friends which makes our experience with Flight Centre even more enjoyable.Rach what would we do without you in our holiday searches,you make every trip so easy ..Thank you

I had a wonderful time planning my trip

I had a wonderful time planning my trip to Europe. Special mention goes to Jordan at Flight centre robina, for his expertise and knowledge of travel. He comforted my nerves and made it almost seamless to plan. Shared some helpful traveling tips and made sure everything was covered to ensure I would have a wonderful time.

Fixed a problem quickly

Fixed a problem quickly ! Excellent service from Aimee at Victor Harbour when we had an itinerary problem with our Greece Islands /Mediterranean trip ! Aimee quickly rescheduled our trip , reassured us and then took action to sort the problem out fast . This was all done with the minimum of fuss as far as we were concerned . Aimee is very experienced and a great result for us . Looking forward to enjoying our holiday later in the year . Thanks Flight centre

Thankyou Sophie of Cannington FC

I want to thank Sophie from Carousel in Cannington WA for her amazing service. Not only did she bend over backwards to ensure a trip to the UK for the coronation & then on to Scotland was planned with the best route & the best places to visit in mind, but her quick action when she was advised one of the hotels on the primary route had been cancelled with 2 days notice. She sorted everything without any problems & with no hassles or stress to us. Amazing service & we thank her dearly!! I strongly recommend her service & the service of Flight Centre!!

Our experience was very good

Our experience was very good. Brad at Bateau Bay was knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. Suggested flights that suit us and also talked through several options. He walked us through all processes.

Kara at Flight Centre Mordialloc was…

Kara at Flight Centre Mordialloc was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about helping us to book a motorbike trip in Vietnam.
Kara got us a great deal on a flight to Hanoi and we got a great deal on travel insurance which we could not find ourselves.Highly recommend,friendly,helpful and focused,great team at Mordialloc!

Carmen was delightful

Carmen was delightful - pleasant, well informed, understanding and went above and beyond to find flight arrangements that met my travel needs including the departure times and best pricing. Everything was done with care. It took a while as we explored the various options, but it requires time and patience to get the best result, which I believe we did.
