Lovely shirt, comfortable, true to fit

Poor delivery time,ordered 2/7/26,delivered16/7/26 far too long.Ordered 3 polo shirts 2shirts were sealed in their own polythene bag 1 shirt was loose (unsealed) When I tried the one that was loose it was far too long and the collar was made for a giant! With the result I have returned the order as unacceptable,incidentally I phoned your office prior to returning the items to explain my decision.kind regards Neil Cunningham

My mother bought me the polo shirts for my birthday and they are great

I had to contact atlas because my order was taking longer than usual, there was some confusion with it, but they sorted it out, and it was delivered within a few days.

Delivery took 10 days, tracking was sketchy and uninformative.
Red tape stopped me receiving my free gift,and last negative, too many people dealt with my query , resulting in mixed messages and end result.

Produce is of a high quality and excellent value for money
However, I may or may not order any more goods in future.
In your reply you state that deliveries were affected by heatwaves in Europe, a strange reason for late delivery. I was initially told that it was because of high demand at that time, the sun wasn't mentioned.
I was also told that free gift of wireless headphones would be sent to me, but that has not happened.
I have always found you to be a good company to deal with, don't spoil that opinion by poor excuses and broken promises.

Good quality at good prices

the only down fall was the delivery which did not meet my expectation as the package was just thrown on the floor after I unlocked the door via the intercom.

NOTHING TO SAY

Articals purchased were of a poor quality and design. Did not look like catalogue illustration. One of the items was very poorly packaged and made me think it had already been a return. Having to pay return postage is poor practice when goods are so poor and HAVE to be returned. This is not the case on other sites I purchase goods on. Also stating I may have to wait upto 30 days for my refund is ridiculous! Will be reluctant to use Atlas again.

Wrong items delivered

Clothing is affordable and reasonable quality. The sizes are accurate, if not a tiny bit generous. Delivery is when stated.
