When received order it wasn't complete…
When received order it wasn't complete as two items short, bag was open and seemed to small to of fitted anything else in the package. However after contacting Atlas for men they did send missing items but not the five star service I am used to. I do like the quality and price and 90% of cloths I buy from Atlas for men and usually service is 100% and what happened here with this order is very rare, but customer service brilliant no trouble getting the rest of my order.

Parcel of 3 items on had one item in…
Parcel of 3 items on had one item in it. When I complained the missing 2 items were send but never arrived, after finally complaining again the missing two items were delivered - it took over a month to sort out and the communication from Atlas was very poor.

The collar size was for an XXL
The collar size was for an XXL; the body was the right size, but the length was too long. I really need toi send it back for a refund. Could you please send me a free postage. The socks were fine.

Sorry that the sizing of your items was not as expected. You can return these to us via your local Evri store which is 0.12 miles away.
You will not be charged for the return when you hand the item into them. We do not have a Facility to send Freepost Returns labels.

I like your clothing ,I have a lot of your clothes from underwear to jackets. I have a t-shirt and a fleece jumper which are blue tie-dyed and love the colouring,
can you do them in other colours, red green brown etc. I like the offers you send via the post, which encourages me to use the Website.
