I was unable to place my order online three times. I tried and three times. The bank said that the money was pending and then nothing when I phoned up and told the sales lady what had happened. She said she would take my order by phone little did I know that I was going to be charged £4 and 50p for that privilege

Very long wait for items to arrive. Not really acceptable by today's standards.
I should add, despite the delivery problem, the items received were of a very high standard and good value for money.

The sports socks only just fit
The sports socks only just fit. I dont think the trainers are as good as my last pair, which were karrimor, bought from a shop. The bracelet and the free gift of wireless headphones were very good.
