It took over 3 weeks to receive my FIRST order from Atlas for men, this is not a good start for a new ustomer, on arrival i proceeded tp try on one of the T shirts and one of the Polo shirts both of them Large size but they both swamped me, i normally purchase L for t shirt and polo shirt to have them a bit lose fitting but i could of put another me in there. The quality seemed good but i`m afraid the sizing and length of time waiting for my items only for me to have to return them i`m afraid i can only score a 2 stars, improve on the sizing and improve on the delivery times and the score would also improve

I placed an order in April and paid in full by cheque. Sadly, the parcel was lost in transit, therefore, I contacted Atlas, and asked for a refund. I allowed a month for the refund to arrive, after this time I emailed and asked where my refund was. I was advised, there had been an issue with processing refunds ad this would be send out asap. Another month passed, and still no refund. I emailed again to advise of my disappointment, I have received a third reply, advising my refund will be issued shortly!!. So, 3 months on, I have no parcel and no refund. **************************************** I am not happy to put my contact number on the page. How do I reply to you????

The only thing was took long time for delivery

Find everything I need, and make it easy to purchase, and lots of fantastic offers, and free gifts

Delivered with care goods ok but had to return one item due to sizing return procedure easy

Items received match description and image as seen online.
Only issue is the time frame, from purchase to delivery that needs looking into.

I was unable to place my order online three times. I tried and three times. The bank said that the money was pending and then nothing when I phoned up and told the sales lady what had happened. She said she would take my order by phone little did I know that I was going to be charged £4 and 50p for that privilege

Very long wait for items to arrive. Not really acceptable by today's standards.

I should add, despite the delivery problem, the items received were of a very high standard and good value for money.

Five stars if delivery time problems can be sorted.

The clothes were perfect for summer. The order took longer than stated to arrive and tracking it wasn't helpful.
