Really genuine customer service / there were issues with Royal Mail which were over come with good communication by email and then by phone explaining everything, I have the necklace now which is perfect. I would highly recommend

Initially gave 2 stars for my experience with Atlasaccessories after the leather on the necklace I bought from them started twisting which wasn’t quite the look I was going for, however, I have now upgraded to 5 stars after the reply I received from them. If I had fully read their site I would have seen that the leather twisting is to be expected as their leather is hand cut and not mass produced. They have offered to change the leather or give me a full refund which is very decent of them considering the mistake was on my part. As I love the necklace I am going to keep it and see if I can get used to the leather twisting. Thank you Atlasaccessories.

The quality of the bracelet is excellent. Wear it all the time. The only reason for not giving top marks is it took just short of a month to arrive. But love the bracelet to bits.

I've ordered a Jade amulet necklace from Atlas accessories and I will say - I never came across a company with such an amazing attitude towards customers - not only my amulet necklace looks amazing but also the whole experience was incredibly smooth.
After conversation with Dagna we come up with perfect length for my leather chain (I'm build different)
So I can highly recommend them as they deserve all the recognition on the market!

The arrival of order was quick but I was disappointed with the clasp. It is so very difficult to put on. I really love the bracelet so not gonna return it but I just wish it was easier to put on. The clasp is different, it does not have the lobster claw tht is usually used on chain and bracelets. That would really help.

I ordered the bracelet for my partners birthday. It arrived on time and beautifully packaged. He doesn’t normally wear jewellery but he loves it. It is really durable (which is handy as he works outdoors).
