Ordered a genuine vag thermostat…

Ordered a genuine vag thermostat delivery stated 2-4 days and arrived in 2 days, reasonably priced parts only issue i have is the postage is £10 and comes on royal mail in a small box so a little extortionate so maybe could bring the price of postage down for small items but overall great first time experience

Hello Daniel, I'm sorry that you feel this way.

The product description clearly stated that the kit in question was on back order at the time you placed the order, and that they would be shipped as soon as we received them.

This is unfortunately out of our control and was due to a manufacturing issue with Volkswagen.

This also affected everyone nationwide, which left no other stock of these genuine cam followers until the issue was resolved. Once we received these, as promised, all existing orders were fulfilled as priority over new orders, which meant you received yours the day after we got our stock.

I'm sorry there's nothing more we could've done for you.

Super quick delivery and the cheapest…

Super quick delivery and the cheapest price by far for ignition coils. I really struggled to get them locally and ended up with these red r8 style ones from JBM.

I haven't heard of them before but I could see their tuning/rolling road activity on facebook. That gave me confidence that they wouldn't sell junk if they're tuning cars they supply parts for. My misfire is fixed. Thanks.

Selling items not in stock

Refund issued without any explanation

Then when queried told no items in stock till feb24

Sorry to hear your are disappointed. We are only human and when our system shows stock and there isn't actually any on the shelves, we always aim to issue refunds as quick as possible to avoid any further disruption and allow you (the customer) to purchase elsewhere.

After all, i'm sure you'd rather have your money back quickly than be left waiting for months for a part we may be unable to fulfil.

The item in question was quickly removed from sale once this error had been identified.
