Great service - speedy delivery, reasonable prices and excellent selection of needles. Also merged two orders and refunded extra postage cost without being asked when I forgot to add an item on my initial order - I don’t think many companies would have such good customer service. Would recommend and use again.

I have ordered knitting needles from Woolstack via eBay. Delivery was quick and the items were as described. Woolstack were also very pleasant to deal with. When I first ordered some needles which didn't quite work with the intended yarn, the returns and refund process was very straightforward. Customer service responded to me quickly and they were very nice. I would buy from them again without question.

I recently ordered some crochet hooks and was delighted at how quickly my order came (ordered on 27th Dec, arrived on 28th December - RM 1st Class). They were also one of the cheapest I could find for that brand. Really impressed I will definitely order again. Thank you Woolstack!

As someone who has been knitting for a few years, I thought I knew what to expect when I walked in. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of their offerings. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about knitting. They took the time to understand my skill level and recommended projects that would challenge me without overwhelming me.

The selection of yarn is incredible, with something for every budget and project type. I found a gorgeous cashmere blend that has quickly become my go-to for gifts. The quality is unmatched, and it’s evident that they source their materials with care.

One of the highlights was attending a workshop on colorwork knitting. The instructor was enthusiastic and patient, guiding us through the process with ease. I left not only with a completed swatch but also with the confidence to tackle my own colorwork projects. The community vibe is palpable, and I’ve made so many friends through their meet-ups and classes.

I purchased 2 zing sock circular needles and 1 of them was awful, it snagged the wool so badly it was unusable. I contacted Woolstack and they replaced it straight away. This is not my first purchase from Woolstack and it won't be my last, very good customer service.

This was my first purchase from Woolstack - I absolutely cannot fault any part of my buying experience from Woolstack whatsoever. I put my order in on Monday afternoon and received it Wednesday! I found everything I needed to complete my current knitting project, the items were all in stock, at a good price and my package was wrapped securely and with care. I will definitely be buying from Woolstack again as they stock such a large variety of lovely yarns.

The wool prices are very competitive. Their customer service is excellent (polite, helpful, competent). Their delivery is very prompt and products arrive very well packaged. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I have made purchases from Woolstack many times now, both on e-Bay and on their own website, and I am so impressed by the exceptionally high level of service they offer, I decided to write this review.

Here are some examples of the service I have received from them:

> I asked them to contact me when an out of stock item comes back in, and when it did I received a personal email (not automated) advising me.
> I have been looking for some very specific items and they have gone out of their way to search their warehouse to find what I wanted.
> They have added items I forgot to include to two of my orders without fuss or difficulty.
> Even though I know they have been very busy during these days of Covid 19 and lockdowns they have dispatched orders and responded to emails very quickly.
> They don't bombard their customers with marketing emails, but they do respond to messages sent to them personally and in a timely manner.
> The responses are always friendly and genuinely helpful.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I hope they prosper and thrive during these difficult times. They deserve to.
