Overall good, but with some damage
We ordered a fairly large collection of different wood from this company, 95% of which was fine and in good quality. The ordering process was great and delivery was prompt. The delivery driver was a bit lazy and wouldn’t call it kerb side delivery, but we managed and that isn’t really a comment about Atlantic Timber!
My reason for 4 stars is that despite 95% of the boards being in good quality, at least 5-6 of the battens had damage, two of which were quite severe meaning we couldn’t use those planks.

We check all our of products for quality before they leave our warehouse so it is likely that the damage occurred during delivery. We would be happy to either send some replacement battens or refund the cost of the battens that you weren't able to use. Please email us with your details and we can sort that out for you. Thanks.

Fantastic service each time I visit
I have received fantastic service each time I have visited Atlantic Timber in Altrincham. Most recently, I needed wood cutting to dimensions to make a fuse box cover for my homeware studio. Ordered a veneered panel to replace a section of a broken wardrobe door. Perfect match and cut to size. Delivery was very expensive though, but still cheaper overall than replacing a whole door.
