I had to exchange my bags for a bigger size and customer service did not disappoint! They answered all my questions (very reponsive) and return was super easy. They also promptly process my return so I have no complaints. I love, love my Marly and the quality is just outstanding. I waited for a restock and I can say that it definitely is worth the wait! I love all of their bags!! My first purchase was the Mini Marley in tan and it is stunning and the perfect size for me! A week later I ordered the Mini Capucine in taupe. It is also a stunning bag. There are several other bags on my wish list and I plan to purchase them too. The designs, the craftsmanship, and the leathers are outstanding! I am in the US and I received both orders quickly. I highly recommend this brand!

Got a Breguet men's wallet in Navy in person in the store. Was accommodated very patiently until we reached a decision. Sons got Clery wallets and the wife also got a Mini Marly. Products very well made! Extremely happy with our purchases

I got the Marly small in taupe. What a beautiful handbag!!! Stunning craftmanship and material and the design…amazing! I have other mid-level handbags and Ateliers Auguste is my favorite. Fast shipping, luxurious but eco-friendly packaging. The size of the bag is perfect, not too small, can fit large sunglasses, wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, etc., not too large; can be used daily or travel.

I was really excited to get this bag. Unboxing my bag was a treat, everything was beautifully wrapped and presented. The tan colour is the perfect shade to go with everything. It’s such a rich colour. The leather is so buttery soft. The Roquette is smaller, but it fits my glasses, slim wallet and keys, more room than I expected. I’m so tempted to get it in black!

I’ve been waiting for the Mini Marly bag to be in stock again!

I finally bought it last week and have not been disappointed. The leather is lovely, the hardware is on point and it’s just so well made. The bag is super chic.

The delivery experience was super impressive as well. I received the bag in Dubai in just 2/3 days.

The shopping experience was fantastic, the website is excellent, and the bag arrived quickly. The bag is beautifully made, and you can see the attention to detail in both the materials and the craftsmanship.

I am so in love with the bag! I was hesitating to buy the regular Monceau bag at first because I thought it was too big, but it was just the right fit as my everyday bag, as I carry a lot of essentials, and it fits right with my body frame (163cm tall). I love the lizard leather as it looks very elegant. The bag looks and sounds durable and smells luscious leather.

Now I am so happy I got the mini and regular Monceau lizard leather bags.

I would have just hoped that duties/taxes are included in the price next time.

The overall experience was good and the bag came very quick upon ordering BUT the import duties should be clearer before payments are made as most e-commerce site now includes duties embedded within the price. To get charged import duties upon arrival onshore is such a shock and have to pay in order to pick the goods up. The expectation to read T&Cs to be aware of the import duties is not helpful as who would read them nowadays when it comes to online shopping..

Love the bag.. it’s absolutely stunning bag..

Received my Mini Monceau few weeks ago. After paying local taxes, the price came up to slightly more than US$500.
However, my bag came with a minor issue.
Upon reaching out to AA’s team, I am impressed how quickly they responded to offer me a solution.
I am so glad that I bought the bag and being loving it since.
The quality and workmanship definitely worth the price I paid.
The plus point is the excellent customer service which a lot of luxury brands do not offer nowadays despite paying thousands of dollars.

Looking forward to add more design to my collection.

Whilst I received the handbag with some defect but the CEO and contact at Atelier Auguste FR was so quick to respond with great detail and reassurance of exchange or refund or discount. Professional and excellent customer service in very timely manner. This shows great pride to the brand and the level of confidence in their quality and product. I opted for an exchange of another bag (same bag) because I love it!

I am very happy with my purchase. The shipping was fast. The bag is an exceptional quality. The leather is a bit hard but, I guess that keeps the shape of the bag. The colour and the size are perfect. The whole process was very positive, both when it comes to the product and service.

I got the crossbody in black. The design and leather are really nice and quality is definitely there. I wished the structure was more clean and flat on the parts that are under stress. The sides bulge out a bit for example and not super flat. The closing flap also bends a bit on towards the clasp when you close. Size was much smaller than I thought. iPhone 14, card holders, keys and a lip balm that’s all that fits. You can push in more but then accessing is difficult. I definitely would have bought a tad larger size if they offered it to fit disinfectant and tissues. The metal piece on the strap started to develop some orange discolouration after one day which is disappointing.

Beautiful craftsmanship, attention to detail with use of high quality leather. This is my first of many future purchases. Can’t wait for the Marli to come back in stock!!

I love it's minimalistic elegance, plus it holds my everyday necessities. Leather feels premium. Hopefully it will endure time and last long.
