Kay Fenwicks NCL

Kay pieced my helix and the whole experience was amazing! She talked me through the process step by step and explained everything clearly. The hygiene was perfect and she really took into consideration the cleanliness. She was so friendly and an overall outstanding experience.

I purchased a ring in the Christmas 3…

I purchased a ring in the Christmas 3 for 2 that became faulty and the stones fell out. A return was accepted and I wanted to exchange to a ring of the same value but they wouldn’t honour this and wanted me to pay £30 extra towards it despite the list price being the same. I am extremely disappointed and waiting for a refund 😔

Edit to add the original ring cost £90 and the replacement I wanted cost £90!

As the original style was no longer available, you are welcome to opt for an alternative item, however any replacement with a higher purchase price than the original item would require the difference to be paid.

Miranda from the Bath branch

Miranda from the Bath branch is super friendly and attentive, really tailors your experience to you and is very supportive! The customer service team have also been very helpful and quick with their responses when I needed a replacement piercing.
Looking forward to getting more piercings from her :)

Customer service is awful

Love the jewellery - shame the same can't be said about their customer service

So in response to the reply below for the excuse of being unable to cancel a booking made on Thursday but not posted until Sunday

I was asked to refuse the delivery. Which we did. But because there is not address. It has been delivered back to me

The worst possible service ever. Cant even blame royal mail. Because there is only an area and a postcode as the return address

I made a mistake when I entered my…

I made a mistake when I entered my birthday (because I was typing fast) and when I realised it was too late , Stephanie was very helpful, she got back to me less than 24hrs after my request . Great customer service . Thank you Stephanie 🙂

Buyer beware

I bought a pair of earrings and immediately returned them (less than a week after receiving them) because they were a gift, and my daughter didn’t like them. The company refused to give me a refund because they claimed they showed signs of wear. Not sure how this is possible given that I returned them immediately. All my communications to try to resolve the situation were super frustrating. Unethical company, imo.

Customer service

The customer service was great! I received the item as a present and I had an issue with the clasp on an earring so emailed for any advice. Stephanie was great at helping, even sent a video to help me! Definitely recommend.

Everyone in the store (Brighton) was so…

Everyone in the store (Brighton) was so friendly and very warm towards both me and my partner. From the offset they made it clear they wanted to help us find the best ring for me. This felt very special as the ring was a sentimental piece. Lesley from the Brighton store was especially accommodating to me; she went over and above to help me find the best charm for my ring and clearly explained the process of making the ring fit to my size. We had a friendly chat while she was working, making the ring perfect which I found so personal because it was clear she was hard at work but wanted to include me in the process. Shout out to Lesley and everyone working at the Brighton store in 31/05/26. I will definitely be returning due to the personal service. Thank you for making my anniversary ring so special.

Great piercing experience

Does (King’s Road store) was so lovely and kind when doing both mine and my mums piercings. They really took the time to talk through the different types of jewellery and also gave me some great advice regarding my helix piercing. Both my mum and I felt very relaxed through the whole experience.I will be returning for another very soon!

They will charge you for the return

They will charge you for the return, you cannot choose which return provider (FEDEX only) and their only return points are in the notorious Lisbon Airport or Evora hundreds of km away.

Make sure what you're buying fits, because if you need to return it you are s*** out of luck.

Edit: So as a customer I'm supposed to contact your support and ask "Hey besides the automatic choice on your website, do you offer other ones?" thats a bit ridiculous my complaint is still valid.

Hi Andre, We offer complimentary FedEx returns for international returns where you can drop these returns off. However, if you do not live near a FedEx drop off location, through their website you are able to schedule a pick up directly from your address as a more convenient service and would not need to leave your house. If you require support with this process, our Customer Connection team will gladly walk you through this. One the FedEx website, if you would prefer to have them retrieve the parcel it is one of the first drop down options to schedule a pick up. You should not need to contact support for your returns as the options for this are readily available through our Returns Portal with the shipping label or on the website for a collection.
