Policy issue and concealing negative reviews
Lovely products and staff. But when it comes to policy, it won’t do return/refund for a product that gives me rash (due to cheaper materials composition essentially). The company website hides my review as well which is a bit cheeky
They got back to me - refund allowed, but only into their store gift card… This ties customers up when my skin reacts badly to their products which is not very helpful.

Fab experience!
I visited the Newcastle branch at the weekend for a new piercing and picked up some new huggie earrings. Kay was absolutely fabulous. Nothing was a problem, explained everything in terms of pricing, options and the piercing process. There was no pressure and made me feel so at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Stephanie was very helpful in sorting out a connection problem in securing a special gift for my daughter that had just come back in stock. In the end I was able to secure the gift and feel very relieved to sort it out. Thank you Stephanie for also checking afterwards that I was happy in a follow up email.

Dob’s is fantastic
Dob’s is fantastic. Allayed all my pre-piercing fears. Talked me through each step of the process. Pierced my tragus, magically I felt no pain and continue to be pain free. Healing is going well. He’s great!

Great piercing experience!
Zion was incredibly professional and kind. I was told all through the stages of the piercing what was happening and then informed about healing time and procedures. The jewellery choice was very vast and my appointment was correctly scheduled once I got there.

I purchased a ring in the Christmas 3…
I purchased a ring in the Christmas 3 for 2 that became faulty and the stones fell out. A return was accepted and I wanted to exchange to a ring of the same value but they wouldn’t honour this and wanted me to pay £30 extra towards it despite the list price being the same. I am extremely disappointed and waiting for a refund 😔
Edit to add the original ring cost £90 and the replacement I wanted cost £90!
