My husband and I have used Aston Shaw for many years and we can both highly recommend them for their accountancy and advice. They have helped us many times and do the accounts for all our businesses. Excellent service.

From the moment I phoned with my worrying query, Maria was helpful, she listened to me without interrupting, she took the details she needed to investigate, looked into my situation and promptly gave me reassurance. I cant tell you how relieved and grateful I was to speak to someone who I felt actually wanted to help me. Professional and went above and beyond, if all staff at the Gt Yarmouth office takes this approach the Manager must be very proud of the team. Thank you Maria.

The Ipswich office at Aston Shaw are amazing. We have used these for quite a few years now and their service is outstanding. We live in Colchester and they always collect and return all of our tax documents. They are so helpful, polite and informative. We would not use anybody else. Highly recommended. I have been using better for many years now and they have always been very helpful in organising my tax returns with me having to do very little, always get a decent lump sum of cash back and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Extremely disappointing service as of late (customer of 10+ years). Zero communication, accounts filed late resulting in a penalty from the HMRC. Awful communication. Overall service seems very inept

My accountant in the above company is extremely professional, and an absolute delight to deal with., She makes you feel comfortable and at ease with all of the 'goings on' that is needed to ensure you feel safe.

Have been using Aston Shaw for 20+ years when it used to be with Tom Berry (Berry & Co). Over the past few years this company have been going down hill, what with sending out Invoices that have been paid and with me phoning them numerous amounts of time with the dates of when they were paid they then blamed it on their updated new system. They then say they have found the transactions only to receive more Invoices a few weeks later. The left hand don't know what the right hand is doing.

I had not required the services of an account for many years. So turned to Aston Shaw of Ipswich. Contacted them and was told I would hear back from a specific individual. Nothing.
So I politely prompted the company that I was expecting a response. I eventually got one and was told I would receive a quotation for the work I wanted undertaking "early next week". Nothing.
So again I politely prompted the company and was told by email I would receive the documentation "shortly". Two days later. Nothing.
I wrote to the company again and told them their services were not required.

Very unprofessional. Aston Shaw said "someone will be in touch". Of course, being unprofessional, no-one did get in touch.

This company keeps sending mail and bills to my home address, despite my having no current business relationship, stopped using Aston Shaw due to being constantly over charged and being charge for work not completed or never authorized. I am badly disabled after a major brain hemorrhage over 2 years ago, ceased using Aston Shaw the year previous due to incompetency, I have now been sent court papers for Turtlemoon ltd, a company that has never operated at this address, i have phoned and sent letters asking them to stop harassing's me as it is making me very ill.
MESSAGE TO THE DIRECTORS, I HAVE PHONED AND WRITEN. YOU DO NOT RETURN CALLS. LEAVE ME ALONE.

Aston Shaw, I have been a customer for over 8 years. however over time they have become incompetent's,
Missed dead lines with inland revenue, resulting in fines!
Over charging and double charging,
bills paid, then court proceeding for none payment, money still missing. Stay clear and use another company.
Contacted a director MR M Noakes to make a complaint his sectary promised to get him to ring back, STILL WAITING.

Lee at Aston Shaw has been my account Manager for many years, on occasion I have several questions I need answering quickly, Lee has never let me down and even when about to sign off for paternity leave one day he made sure that my query was answered.

Tax is something I don’t give a thought to until I get my annual tax code advice letter.
This year the code looked really out of kilter and I knew that for my peace of mind I’d need to get it looked at; contacting HMRC would be a never ending phone call queue so I thought I’d pay for a tax advisor to help me.
I wanted to find an established company as I knew I’d be sharing my personal financial information and fortunately found Aston Shaw.
An email to them resulted in Perry contacting me - and so my experience began!
Perry has been so patient with my numerous emails often with attachments, sometimes even blank!!
Within a few days he has looked at my information and reassured me that all looks well - and at no cost!!
Aston Shaw would now be my go-to for tax advice and I would willingly pay for their services.
So thank you Perry and Aston Shaw -it’s a 10 from me and I have no hesitation in recommending.

I've been with Aston Shaw Accountants for several years now with Mark Russell being my Account Manager. Mark is always at the end of the phone to answer my questions and everything is always filed on time and done to a high standard, I really can't fault him and his team. I'd had lazy accountants at other firms prior to moving to Aston Shaw which caused me a lot of worry and stress and Mark has really taken all that worry away from me which is such a relief. Fantastic Accountants and genuinely a good bunch of people. It has to be said as a growing business they have been pivotal in advising with any issues we have come up against. No matter how trivial the question we always recieve a fast, friendly and efficient response.
It has to be noted that Dylan in particular for his enthusiasm and experience continues to provide the highest level of customer service with the niche advantage of being more approachable to clientele such as myself because of his age. Its nice to be able to relate to someone who has a fresh outlook and gets my references ;).
