Worst service ever.

Worst service ever.. I ordered it was showing 15 minutes. Then after 1 day got message jeebly rider pickup items n is on the way. I waited for the whole day. Now after it's 3 days he is calling me but am on work n no one there to receive. My mistake I trusted them and did not see these reviews before. Now he will come at night.

Aster Pharmacy Riyadh Park - 10k overcharged.

This review is for Aster Pharmacy Riyadh Park Mall.
On 10th July I made a purchase of SAR1,184.25 but my card was charged SAR 11,184.25 by mistake. Despite admitting the mistake, and frequent contact and promises to refund the SAR 10,000 taken, I still have no refund after seventeen days.

ordering is easy

ordering is easy, but delivery and communications are difficult. after ordering its mentioned 1 hour for the delivery but don't believe in it and don't expect for the said time. called the CSR as well and they don't know what time is the delivery driver will arrived. even the wahtsapp csr , its automated so i advised based on my experience yesterday all details are shared but it really ruined my day. bad service.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through your online platform, which offered same-day delivery. I specifically chose to order online based on this promise, but unfortunately, the item was not delivered as expected.

What’s even more upsetting is that I did not receive any communication or update regarding the delay. No call, no message — nothing to explain the issue or provide a new estimated delivery time.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with your service, which makes it even more disappointing. Offering same-day delivery and then failing to meet that commitment without any explanation is unacceptable.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your delivery reliability and communication. I would also appreciate a response clarifying what went wrong and what will be done to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

**Do NOT order online!!!
I missed the delivery driver, and instead of leaving my items at the door like they have done before, they cancelled my entire order. When I called the driver, he was rude and hung up on me. I then contacted customer service, only to be told that with express delivery they attempt delivery **once** and then cancel your order — whereas with standard delivery, they attempt **up to three times**!
Now, after all this hassle, I’ve been told I have to wait **up to 10 days** for a refund. Absolute joke.
**I will never use Aster again — there are plenty of far better pharmacies here in the UAE!**
I have waited 10 plus and still no refund!!!

I had appnt in matheena aster and dr prescribed mri for me it is almost 1weak now still i dint received confirm appointment.
Every morning i am on fasting waiting to get call and they will ask to come but no one calls .

Extremely Disappointed with MyAster's False Promises

I placed an order for medicine through MyAster Dubai at 10 AM, based on their promise of 90-minute delivery. It’s now 9 PM, and I still haven’t received my order. I called twice during the day — both times the representative simply assured me that the order would be sent "soon," but nothing happened.

If MyAster cannot fulfill their delivery promises, they should not advertise false timelines. This is misleading, especially when it comes to something as critical as medicine. Highly disappointed with the lack of responsibility and poor service.

If anyone needs to order any medication from Aster online, please don't do it and get disappointed. Just walk to any other pharmacy close by and buy it.

Worst provider

Worst provider. I ordered for medicine and was told it would take an hour, an hour passed without any communication, I called them 30mins later they told me to wait in the next 30mins called again and was told the same and no delivery came thru plus no communication from them…. Be careful mostly if you opt for online payment rather do cash on delivery just incase they don’t show up

I am very disappointed with Aster

I am very disappointed with Aster! I ordered one item which shows available on their website. I waited since they sent an email confirmation that they will deliver it within the day. Then, on the time of their promised delivery, I followed up and called and they informed me it is cancelled because item is not available! They cancelled without even confirming customers and no email as well. Unbelievable@!!!!

I have ordered 3 products on June 7th evening today is June 11th still haven’t received even paid express delivery charge for one got that on the same day but haven’t received the other two. Such bad service I have never experienced

Don’t Even Think Of Buying From Them

It’s literally THE worst online selling company I have ever purchased from. Aster pharmacies have been around in UAE for a long time and were offering good deals online so made a purchase using their App. Had to return so can order the right item again because ordered a shampoo for women instead of men. First they don’t have an able app that does much, for most of the help call their helpline, the help staff is totally useless and unable to do anything besides say a couple of sweet sentences and keep saying Sorry for the Trouble. They collected the return after 2-3 days and said will refund the money within a couple of days. I travelled and forgot, when I remembered, it was almost 15 days passed and found out they never refunded. Had to call them like 4-5 times, send a few mails, after which they sent a mail with a code saying that use this to use the refund money at their App or website as they can not refund money back to me and only refund to my online Aster account to be used with Aster pharmacies only. The amount was AED 210 and I used only 30% of that amount using that code that day. I came back to use the balance 70% after a week to realize the code does not work anymore. It’s been around another month since I am calling them, sending emails but no help getting money back. I don’t know how and why such unprofessional and careless companies are allowed to trade online. Total disregard of customer service and think they are running business in some third world country without regulations or accountability. UAE government should take strict action against all such incapable businesses because they are giving a bad name to the high level of service set by most UAE businesses and the amazing UAE itself.

IRRSESPONSIBLE SERVICES

I had a very bad experience with your online delivery customer service. I placed an order around 7:30 pm with an estimated delivery time of 8:45 pm. When I tried to track it on your online site, there was no option to track the product. Your app is one of the most inconvenient ones I've used in the UAE. If delivery is delayed, the service provider should inform the customer accordingly. I sent a follow-up email, but there was no reply or response. It was a very bad experience, and I won't be using your service again. I wont recomend ever.

Very bad delivery service i don't why aster promote and add home delivery service while they are not able to do i ordered the medicine at 11 am they said we don't have delivery till 2 i called 2 30 they said now delivery going till 4 and he didn't reach i called again they said give again address to delivery although it was already done zero service if u need medicine fast never use aster u will die before u get it

I ordered medicine from aster online on…

I ordered medicine from aster online on 30/04/2025 and I received a notification that it will be delivered next day which is today 1/5/2025. I even called to follow up twice but on my second call they said that it will not be delivered today and hopefully by tomorrow.the delivery is delayed. Not acceptable should avoid ordering from aster online if you need urgent medicine.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Total disappointment.
I ordered a tablet from ONLINE APPLICATION at 7:30 PM, and it showed “Express Delivery”. I waited, thinking it would come soon—it was urgent medicine, not a luxury item. But by 11:00 PM, no update, no message, no tracking, NOTHING.

So I called customer care, and they casually told me, “It’s out of stock.”
Excuse me? If it's out of stock, why was it available for ordering with express delivery? Why didn’t anyone inform me? Do you realize this is not a food order or clothing—it’s MEDICINE. Someone could be depending on that for their health or pain relief. This is not a joke.

After wasting 3.5 hours waiting, I checked with a nearby Aster Pharmacy myself, and guess what? The same tablet was available in stock. Within 10 minutes, I had it in my hands. No drama, no lies, no fake promises. Just simple, honest service. This is what real customer care looks like.

This online service is completely fake and irresponsible. You promise express delivery, take the order, and then go silent. No follow-up, no care, no system. Even local supermarkets have better coordination and respect for customers than this so-called digital pharmacy.

You’re dealing with people’s health, not just packages. You can’t afford to be careless.
I trusted your platform for convenience and speed, but instead, I got frustration, delay, and zero accountability. This is a lesson learned. I will never use this service again and I recommend others not to risk their time and health with it either.

Take advice from local supermarket management—they run 100 times better than your online team. This is the worst online service I’ve ever come across. Please, fix your system before it causes real damage to someone’s life.

I received 1 wrong item and 1 used…

I received 1 wrong item and 1 used item. I returned them a week ago, and still the refund was not sent to my bank account. Everytime I call they put me on hold and tell me they will call me back, but they never do that.
I will report them to DED if the amount of AED 171.60 is not refunded after 3 days.

Guys beaware dont buy anything online from aster or only pay by cash .. i placed and order and after im done i got an email the next day that some of my items are out of stock and they will initiate a refund that should show up 7-10 days now its almost 2 weeks and i didnt receive my money back .i emailed them and raised a ticket and they didnt reply to me whatsoever .. im pretty sure sure i got scammed i also looked up and figured out that this company is indian so that should tell you enough :))) .
