ordered medicine online

ordered medicine online, firstly order was delayed.
Later on, a representative called to state that the expiry is near for the product you ordered.
and suggested to cancel the order, the inconvenience and waiting are nothing?
if they can't fulfill, why is there a platform just to cause trouble?
upon talking to the customer service, their response was same; the issue was not resolved at all.
SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.

Have spoken with advisor several times

Have spoken with advisor several times, but she hasn't been that helpful and advised me that I had to wait for Low Carbon Exchange to contact me to arrange an appointment. However, I phone LCX this afternoon and they will have someone here tomorrow afternoon to sort out the problem

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from Aster Pharmacy. I placed my order at 12:30 AM with an estimated delivery time of 90 minutes, yet by 3:00 AM I still hadn’t received it.

To make things worse, the delivery person Shahzad sent me a photo claiming the order was delivered — but it was clearly delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted him, he admitted that the photo was from another customer’s order. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and care.

Medicine deliveries require accuracy and responsibility. Delivering to the wrong address and then falsely marking the order as “delivered” is a major mistake and breach of trust.

I expect an immediate resolution, a proper explanation, and appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.

Misleading!!!!!!!!!

This service is unacceptable. When I placed the order, next-day delivery was promised. However, after speaking with your customer service team, I’ve been informed that this will not happen today. This is not acceptable, especially as a regular customer of Aster!!!!!

Terrible service

I have honestly never experienced such careless service from a pharmacy. I placed 2 orders, both my orders which were supposed to be delivered on time, were delayed by days with absolutely no communication. I had even informed them that I was travelling and needed the delivery on schedule. On the calls, they sounded concerned and promised to check and call back within 30 minutes, but they never did. I even offered to collect the items myself, but the customer care agent said the items were coming from a warehouse, and they didn’t even know its location. I had to keep calling repeatedly just to get updates, and the my second order was delivered to the wrong address. After my first order i informed them that i will be doing a consumer court complaint as i had ordered considering the delivery time line mentioned on the app and since the delivery was delayed , i was not available to accept the delivery. The payment was done in advance, as a compensation they offered a discount on the next order and promised this would not happen again however my 2nd order was also a similar experience. If this is how they operate, how can anyone rely on them for urgent medical needs, especially from a pharmacy? Completely unreliable, unprofessional.

I placed an order and was supposed to arrive at 2:35, but at 2:25 they cancelled it as its out of stock although on the website its showing 3 left!! The refund needs 3-7 working days!!!
How come you take the money and its out of stock!!! Not recommended at all

The worst experience I have had.

The worst experience I have had.
Ordered online and then cancelled and took my money! Customer service is terrible. Never will I order here again.
Still hasn’t refunded me. If I don’t get my money back within 5 working days I will contact the police that you stole money from me!!

I had ordered formula milk for my baby…

I had ordered formula milk for my baby in the morning, and the order did not arrive till the afternoon, when I saw on the app order was supposed to reach within 90 min, but did not reach on time. Upon calling call centre as usual call centre guy, SAM, stated apologizing; however, here the concern was to get the milk for my baby, which did not arrive on time. SAM has given me a solution that I will place an order again and pay for that, and for my previous order money will get refunded in 7 days. He was not at all helpful on top of that; ASTER rules are not at all flexible. I will never order anything from ASTER.

Very bad service

Very bad service. Yesterday I placed an online order as per the tracking information it was scheduled to be delivered at 5.45 pm. But when I’m tracking the delivery at late night only packing done it was not out for delivery. Since Sunday I thought maybe they will deliver next day. Even without a call any reasons just simply send a message my order has been cancelled and mentioned as payment will be refunded if applicable

I ordered Vicks Vapor pads as it showed 4 in stock and delivered in 60 minutes. 3 hours later nothing was delivered, I called them to follow up as the delivery status was showing as dispacted but I am now told it will be delivered in the following day. Absolute joke of a pharmacy.

I ordered last sunday aug 3 and received a message to be delivered at 10;46 in the evening., but didn’t receive any delivery then i called them back around 2am.. what the .. Order Cancelled After Payment – Unfair Customer Treatment

Yesterday, I ordered three items, but two of them were cancelled after payment was made. This feels dishonest.
If those items were out of stock, the app should have displayed them as unavailable before allowing me to proceed with payment. Taking the payment first and then cancelling items is misleading.

This way, they hold our money for several days—usually up to 7—before issuing a refund. During that time, they benefit from having our money in their account.

This kind of practice is unfair and feels like cheating the customer. If there's no stock, it should be clearly shown before the order is placed—not after.
