Tried to order items online, the website stated the transaction had failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I have been chasing them for 1 week and each time they say they will get back to me in 24 hours, but to date they have not responded.

If there would have been a zero rating would have given that immediately ! One of the most worst delivery service , mis commitments,delays and no one reaching back to you to check if the matter has been resolved. Never seen such unprofessionals ever. Placed my order on 7th January was supposed to be delivered on the next day and till date the order has not been delivered !!!! It’s been 5 days now !!! I have been chasing them since then and everytime they have the same thing to say. Never order anything from them I REPEAT NEVER ! They’re a pain !

I really appreciate the very quick service of Ashwim from Aster Pharmacy in Jumeirah. As soon as he received my order, he quickly processed it and requested for the approval from insurance. He is very approachable online and responded very promptly on my inquiry. Hope all representatives especially in pharmacy and clinics have the same service like Ashwim

Scam pharmacy! I ordered the product online for 90 mins delivery, they took my money and send a message that it cannot be delivered today, instead in several days. When I immediately wrote to customer care to cancel order since I don’t need it at after today, I purchased in another store, they ignored and took my money. Then refused to refund my money and need to wait 10 days. Customer support is useless, thier representative Obey Khan was not helping at all and refused to transfer to management. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PHARMA.

I'm extremely disappointed with Aster's service. They delivered a product with a crushed box and without any seal, which is a basic safety requirement for health products. I raised the complaint immediately, but it has been more than a day and no one has responded or taken responsibility. This is unacceptable for a healthcare provider and goes against consumer protection standards. I expect proper quality control and timely customer support, neither of which were provided. If zero stars were an option I would give that. Two days ago I had ordered panadol and strepsils. Before placing my order, I ensured that these items were available for express delivery. About 10mins after I placed the order, I got an email saying my order has been shifted to standard shipping and my order would be delivered the following day. It's been two days now,and the status is shown as out for delivery. Probably they plan to wrap it neatly and give it to me as a Christmas present.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in the UAE.
Payment was taken in advance, and then I was left waiting endlessly for the delivery. After a very long delay with no proper resolution, I had no choice but to cancel the order.
I would not recommend ordering online from Aster Pharmacy. Very poor service.

Ordered online blood sugar monitoring device, it supposed to be delivered in 60-90 minutes. But it’s been more than 24 hours and they haven’t delivered yet. No one either tried to contact and inform us about delay, I called their call center 3 times, but still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed

My order wasnt delivered, after writing to them 3 times they still were unable to solve the issue. All of their customer service staff would say we will get back to you in 24hr/48hrs and they wouldn't. Got tired of complaining, they dont help. Terrible experience! Lost my order and didnt help solve the issue.

The delivery service was terrible my son's vitamin order took nearly two days to arrive. Life Pharmacy is way better

Doctor said to take medicine in morning but i get delivery in evening every time they are doing late delivery i call them many times they didn't give any reply to me every time iam facing that much problems so please take some strike action so that not only me every people get there medicins on time

Awful service. My order delivered after 4 days from purchased date. I have tried twice and raised two complaints to DHA department about their service.
Moreover, they do not shy to give false and fake information about delivery.
I do not suggest, service is really bad and disappointing!

One of the worst pharmacy ever in UAE. Place an order with medicine at 1PM with express delivery fee. even after 5pm the medicines were not delivered. either you cant reach the delivery guy as the number is not in use.

I placed an order on November 12. When I first called, the agent told me it would be delivered on November 13 or 14. However, I still haven’t received anything. I called again, and the agent said they were “rechecking” my number because, according to them, they attempted to call me and deliver the order at 1 AM. Who delivers at 1 AM? That’s unbelievable. Your service doesn’t even deserve one star.

Placed an express order, that was cancelled during check out. Next day delivery order did not take place either, no information whatsoever. Refund not to be expected before 7-10 days (!) all that for collecting a lot of data before you can order with them. Total trap. Never again

Ordered items from their online store. Got delivered within 2 hours. But the issue is that they sold me near expiry product (shelf life remaining is less than 3 months). Called their CUSTOMER SUPPORT for options but decided to return the items coz it's not possible to get them or have them replaced online or instore. Have to wait 3-5 business days for the items to get picked up. Think twice before ordering at Aster.

I guess I should have read the reviews before placing an online order. I ordered a saline solution around 6:29AM and it says “Express” so ETA is at 7:58 AM. But I waited until 5:00 PM to make a first follow up and the call center just told me that the branch has no car service as it will be in the evening only as my location is far but in fact I just lived in Mushrif area. The only branch delivering is in Hamdan only and no other Aster Pharmacy branch is doing the delivery.

I called again at 9:00 PM to follow up and the call center told me that in 30-40 minutes my item will be delivered. Can you imagine the hours I have to wait for one item only and if I will cancel my refund will come in 7 working days!

I have no problem if they will deliver in 12 hours or even next day but they have declared and advertised in their website that it’s 60-90 minutes time ia their “Express “ delivery!

I regretted that I didn’t order from Life Pharmacy. That could have been easier.

Worst! worst! Worst!

I have order medicine online from aster app and it's been 3 days medicine not delivered yet and app shows out for delivery when call 800700600 they are saying delivery guy didn't picked up.

You guys serious care about people or just money making app? Mistake I have done is I have paid the amount and waiting for medicine to deliver.

It's for my small 7 month baby and you guys seriously just waiting for my baby to die or really care to deliver the medicine?

Today they are saying they have send it to third party delivering team and they dont know when its delivered the medicine

If there is lower than 1 star then thats their rating!!! Very bad service! Express delivery but it took forever for my order to arrive. The delivery drive is not picking up the call! Never again!!!!
