For over 20 years
For over 20 years, we’ve had the use of these solar panels and they’ve saved us a few bob . Recently we had a fault which was sorted out via the phone and now we’re awaiting a visit from an electrician to service the system.
The young lady on the phone was very helpful and an appointment was booked at our convenience.

Had a booked visit from Ashadegreener
Had a booked visit from Ashadegreener, Adam, from the company came to find out why the solar panels had disconnected. He was a lovely helpful man, who was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He easily reconnected us, then checked out all the equipment and solar panels, leaving us with everything in working order. He was polite, friendly, and clean working.

speedy, efficient and friendly.
I have dealt with ASG a few times when it comes to deed of variations and registering the same, always a pleasant experience, very friendly and always quick to respond and deal with matters, each time I have not really had to chase anyone - this time i dealt with Katie Hodgson who assisted in my clients Sale, she was very speedy, efficient and friendly. A shade greener contacted me to say…
A shade greener contacted me to say they were no longer receiving data from the solar panels. Made an appointment for an engineer to come out. On the day the engineer Craig rang to give me an eta, turned up promptly and was very polite. Job sorted quickly and efficiently without having to go away and wait for parts.

The engineer Craig was very professional
The engineer Craig was brilliant. He kept me informed every step of the way while working through the problem, quickly identified the fault and carried out the repair. He also took before-and-after photos and showed me the signal strengths and kW of power coming through the solar panels, which was really helpful.
Craig put overshoes on as soon as he entered the house and made sure everything was left clean and tidy, taking all redundant parts away with him.
Great job Craig – a job very well done. You are a real credit to A Shade Greener.
