Cold and dirty
Spoke to Lee, as sorted appointment out for tomorrow, don't understand why the engeerner can turn gas of and go with out sorting problem, then I have to spend over 24 hours getting someone back.
Makes sense for engerner to speak to someone there and then and get job done

We’ve had our boiler from A Shade Greener for nearly 15 years now, and the service has been consistently excellent from day one. Any issues we’ve had over the years have been sorted incredibly quickly, often the very same day, and always without any fuss.
The service engineers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference. A special mention to Sarah in customer service as well – she’s always been quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we’ve needed support.
It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of reliability and customer care over such a long period. Highly recommended!

I was asked to check the fuse and on calling back, Scott was able to locate a technician who should be with me before noon today. He is an angel. Thank you, Scott.

Early call back for an out of hours voicemail
Had an error code come up on the boiler and rang out of hours for help. Left a voicemail and the next morning got a call from Lee, who arranged for an engineer to come out to fix the problem - despite the fact that we had, after a few tries, got the boiler to restart. All sorted now!
Our boiler has developed a fault
Our boiler has developed a fault, 1st call could only get an engineer on Monday, 4 days hence, a 2nd call later in the day to " Jodie" resulted in an engineer being booked for 16:00 today, which when yo have a contract is what you want, thank you "Jodie"
