My coins disappeared/deleted/stolen by this exchange

They delisted the MITX token on their platform without properly informing their customers. Never received an email about delisting. Me and lots of others lost a lot of money. This is stealing customers assets. They refuse to give the tokens back.

Very bad experience, they have delisted my coins without proper notice. My Mitx coins have literally been stolen from me.

I used to like this platform but the crazy high transaction fees has made it useless. Paying 34 xlm to withdraw that costs 0.000something for the platform is not a service. It is theft...

my account is being deleted so I have lost all my money. and I've tried to find out where my money is, but they're amateurs, otherwise they screw people over. I have been in dialogue with them for almost half a year and nothing is happening. be careful out there.

Filing tickets. No response. No way to escalate this. Horrible service.

The issue is still there. The ask is simple - please add my phone to my account as it says it is linked somewhere else.

Attention! ascendex announces delistening one month before trading and withdrawals are completely removed. You have to read notifications every now and then because they will steal your cryptocurrencies! People who hodling don't read notifications all the time! Staff Says a month is a long time, don't keep your money there!

Daily claim lowered from 1000 BTC satoshi to only 100, i mean, X10, c'mon guys make it better.

i did write to support , he say market manipulation . while my huge x20 position is open , they ban be till my position gets liquidatet .... this is just scam !!!!

Bought crypto with bank card, then it turns out there is a 7 day hold on card bought crypto, ok no worries. on 6th day since purchase my account becomes frozen, and AscendEX requested me to provide a bunch of stupid documents in regards to the payment, and I am unable to login since I got that email, i provided everything on same day, support doesn't respond for over a week now. Looks like full scale scam! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN ASCENDEX! Reddit is full of scam experiences with them similar to mine! AVOID AT ANY COST!

These guys are terrible, the 2FA system does not work and i cant login in my account. i tried contacting them for help but these guys are not helping 1 bit to solve the problem. They claim i dont have a receipt of 1 withdrawal, and therefore cannot verify its me. They basically own my account and everything on it. Im lucky its not a big amount but still.
I do not recommend these thieves to anyone.

Definitely the best platform for staking rewards, but need to check notifications regularly on the site, as notifications of delisting crypto currencies are not sent directly to email addresses, hence many of the negative reviews below. Ascendex will give an announcement 30 days in advance of any delistings via there website.

I can only talk from my experience, I have used Ascendex 5 or 6 times within the last 1-2 years (last time today). Usually to deposit USDC or Tether and then to withdraw Bitcoin. Each time it has worked flawlessly and fast. Since I have made bad experiences with some exchanges I usually use a smaller 4 digit amount each time and had no problems whatsoever. So thank Ascendex! But the other reviews sure make me careful not to deposit/exchange too much:)

I got SCAMMED by Ascendex!

It is absurd that my coins have disappeared from my wallet. they tell me i was informed about MITX delisting but in reality i didn't receive anything so i never got a chance to secure my coins.

What happened to my money after delisting? Why is it not credited to my account!? Shame on you! Ascendex are criminals!

I feel really ripped off right now!

Thread carefully with ascendex. Just few days ago I came on to read reviews about ascendex because i was still buzzing around for my lock wallet with a lot in it. Glad i reviewed some mention name that in head line for assistance. I have all what ascendex took from me now.

AscendEX has frozen multiple accounts and even disabled trading on them for weeks now and refuses to egnoleged it..

I have submitted over 10 support tickets, sent emails and been on their telegram page requesting help for days now and I have started to be completely ignored by them.

What makes this even more shocking is that I am not the only one...
Their telegram is on fire with people having the same problem but for some reason it is not being reported on...

AscendEX has clearly frozen or disabled these accounts manually and on purpose as, if there was a technical fault then they would have announced it to the public and explained the issues to its loyal users...
There has been no announcement and there are 100s of people being blocked from their funds by ascendEX....
The community and loyal customers deserve a response or an explanation...
If you are experiencing these issues yourself or even if not then go to their telegram and see for yourself how bad it is.

Their system is not sending out texts for the 2 factor authentication

Won't let me remove 2 factor authentication without answering questions I would need to be logged in to answer

Don't seem remotely interested in solving the problem and refuse to escalate the issue to someone who could potentially solve it

So far so good. Staking on two cryptos. If your sending USDT use trc-20, this will cost $1. ERC20 will cost $20 to transfer due to Ethereum fees. When signing in, need to click on *Send Code* to receive a sms. I have sent and received USDT without a problem and sent other currencies to wallets. I contacted customer service and received a quick response. "When Ascendex delists tokens they give clients enough warning in advance to withdraw tokens" Best check website announcements every week to stay safe.

So these scumbags delisted leveraged tokens without any communication to holders.

This was their response: I understand your concern and once the team comes up with a solution you will be taken care of. I apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to resolve this as soon as possible. I can assure you that the BTCBULL is still in your account, but is not showing on your end since we delisted these tokens on May 9th. I have escalated this ticket to the affected user group so please be patient as we finalize solutions. Thank you and have a great day.

It is now June and we have no resolution. But guess what? They’ve listed there own version of leveraged tokens.

I’m just glad I didn’t have a lot of money with them. All crypto is a risk but ascend are just straight up thief’s. DO NOT USE!!!

This is a scam exchange. They will stole your funds without any communication.

tbey delisted leveragrd tokens without making any communication and in addition they stole the tokens from your wallet. you cant even make a withdrawal.
