7 days ago my parcel from U.S was on the Aramex depot , and it’s only 10km from my apartment. After 7 days my parcel still not moving at all. I think aramex should replace your customer service by AI.At least it reply immediately right?

Aramex failed to deliver two packages…

Aramex failed to deliver two packages and customer support told me to go look for them.
On two occasions Aramex stated packages were delivered but the photos of delivery locations were nothing like my home. On each occasion I contacted Aramex and was told that the packages were correctly delivered. I stated that was impossible as the photos were not of my house. I was then told that the courier left the packages in my street and I should "go look for them". A mistake can be excused but deliberately mislaying packages is misconduct. If you use Aramex expect your packages to be lost. I'm getting advice on taking legal action.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with my package took 6 days to get to it’s final destination not my house as I was told my area is not on their list although 10 minutes from the depot they didn’t advise the seller of this and there was no warning booking this through the site. Then they wouldn’t let me collect it from the depot although I received an email saying it was there and telling me I needed to wait another 24 hours for an email telling me to collect it. The offshore call centre is pathetic and hung up on me as I asked for her supervisor.. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ARAMEX or FAST COURIER stick with Australia Post

13 Mar 26...so Aramex can respond on here, but not to my emails to them, and no contact at all about where my parcel is!! So many bad reviews, and yet service still remains disgusting. How about you contact me directly, via my email, and advise my parcel status??? Further update:Still no parcel, and no contact from Aramex - I emailed the company who sent the parcel, and they called me - to advise they had such a hard time trying to get someone at Aramex to discuss it with, and now it would see Aramex may have lost the parcel. They don't know where it is! Surprised - NOT....so another parcel has been sent, via Aust Post. Thank goodness - ARAMEX - please don't use them as your courier service - they never get any better.
Update: Just tried to call my local Aramex depot, but only a 1300 number, which takes me a person overseas. So, no-one at Aramex can actually tell me where my parcel is at this moment...they simply don't know!...I have asked the overseas person to contact the local depot, and ask them to call me today....it will be within 48 hours!!! Absolutely hopeless system. I dread when I see Aramex is the courier for my parcel. Their "tracking system" is a non event. It updates when they collect the parcel, and then no further updates until it is "out for delivery" and then it might get delivered within 24 hours, as the message states, or not. I don't understand, with all the terrible reviews this company has had, that they don't address the problems, and fix them. I have decided to not purchase from companies that use them as a courier...as it's not worth the stress.

Raining so dont bother to deliver, what a joke. Couldn't find a safe space??? Usually it's left on the front step, not safe at all. So guessing its because its raining n driver didnt want to get wet. Ridiculous

3 parcels delivered recently, left in the rain.

I have had 3 parcels delivered recently by Aramex. Instructions are to leave on front veranda under cover. One parcel was left in the rain propped against a garage door. One was left in the rain on the ground near the laundry door at the back of the house. One was left on the veranda as instructed. I have had courier deliveries at this address for a decade. No other company has left parcels all over the place. How will you stop this happening?
And the feedback form, on which i have wasted too much time, keeps generating an access denied message when i try to enter the tracking numbers, which the form shows as required.

In response to reply: As stated in my review, "the feedback form, ..., keeps generating an access denied message when i try to enter the tracking numbers, which the form shows as required" - I just tried again and get the following as soon as I enter any one of the tracking numbers:

I dread everytime I see a parcel im waiting on is being delivered by Aramex. I dont think ive ever had a package delivered on time by them and thats if its even delivered at all!! I've had Xmas gifts not show up then get lost re sent by the sender and lost again this happened multiple times
I'm now waiting on a package for my 6 month old who's just had surgery and what do you n know we are already late its beyond ridiculous! Sort your shit out aramex

The absolute worst shipping company…

The absolute worst shipping company ever. I thought to myself I should try this company and of course I should have ettrusted my gut insticts. My package apparently arrived in NewYork 2/24/2026. As of today I have still not recieved the package. I was told there could be a bakclog. My shipment was supposed to arrive in 10 days from 2/21/2026. Apparently they cant figure out whats going on even though I have a fedex shipping label but fedex states they have not recieved the package from shipper who is Aramex. I need an answer as soon as possible

Completely negligent

"Attempted delivery" while I was home all day and DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RING THE DOORBELL. Parcel pick up location is "Melbourne". Won't even do the bare minimum of their job. I am contacting the sender for a refund since Aramex is useless.

Slow service.

Ordered from Jack the Barber a while ago and it has been sitting in their Sydney warehouse for five days. Obviously has had a side trip to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Won't be ordering online again.

How are these people still in business

How are these people still in business. Worst courier in Australia. Disgusting how they treat their customers. Massive delay in delivery due to their inability to do their jobs. And their customer service "live" chat is a joke. Make you wait 1-3 HOURS before they reply and then close the chat within 3 minutes without answering your query. If any company thinking about using them reading this, please for the sake of your customers, dont.

Parcel courier delivery is not rocket science

In an era where online shopping is more than ever a thing, it is sad to report that the courier services to support this is appalling. Advised that my package was coming on Fri 27th but never showed up. Using tracking number the message was "your package was unable to be delivered" although no other details as to WHY! The "new chum" with an unpronounceable name probably ran out of time. This also happened on a previous time when it was a Friday delivery and when I queried it I was told that they only work Mon to Fri so next delivery slot was the following Monday! However, after having to buy prescription cat-food from my local vet to feed my cats, the delivery was made along with a second parcel from another source. One box was half open and the other showed signs of having been crushed. I am told that these delivery vehicles are all franchisee owned. What a cushy number! Deliver when you feel like it but only on Monday to Friday. There exists a real opportunity for an entrepreneur to enter this business and kill this incompetent and unworthy so called delivery courier company. No a name change doesn't fix this. Delivering parcels is not hard yakka. Buck up guys and gals or you will drive customers away and you will be without a job.

The chances that you will be satisfied with Aramex are almost impossible! Out of near 2000 review, there are only a couple of positive ones and they are not ashamed to reply and write to send them info and that they will investigated! You won't investingate anything, you don't try to be better, you DONT CARE! People who work at the call center,can do nothing but leave notes that the drivers never read, can't call them, or can't help in any other way. Australia should have put a lock on all your depot a long time ago! You are a big shame and scam! Your score would be 0.2 ⭐ but a review cannot be written with 0 Stars this why your score are 1.2. Close that nonsense, you will ruin other business, people will not buy from those who have a package delivery contract with you.If you were to do an investigation for everyone who has problems with you, you would need a huge team of experts working 24/7. You are not capable of delivering a parcel from suburb to suburb, and how do you think you are going to investigate? If the parcel has to be picked up at your depot miles and kilometers away, why is it being sent at all, in that case we could take the parcel from the sender ourselves and not wait for weeks for it to be delivered between two suburbs an hour apart and in the end be lost and left at another address or stolen by your drivers who take fake pictures from the van that they delivered the parcel! And I don't understand how you are not ashamed to answer all these reviwes apologizing for all the trouble we went through because of your NO service, yet to offer false investigations?And please, do not replay on my review, I really don't need your fake investigation!

Horrendous communications and logistics

Every time I see a parcel is being delivered by Aramex I expect serious problems. Their website says you can contact the local depot but the depot phone number goes to a call centre who are absolutely useless. Having missed their delivery by 10 minutes I rescheduled the delivery for 2 days later (today). I can't afford to sit around all day waiting so I check their website and it says 9am at my suburb. So I ring the contact number provided (allegedly the local depot) and get their call centre. The lady says the parcel is out for delivery but can't give a time frame (between 9am and 5pm) even though their website says my suburb is 9am. I ring back 20 minutes later and another person says the parcel is NOT out for delivery and can't tell me when it will be sent. Most reputable courier will take to local post office and you can collect from there but not Aramex. Their website says I can call the depot and arrange to go pick it up but again can only contact the call centre (who have no idea) and they tell me they will contact the depot and HOPEFULLY someone will eventually let me know if I can pick it up there (as it allegedly hasn't been sent out to my address today and has been there for a few days). I have lost hundreds of dollars over the last year or so with similar issues, only with Aramex. ****** Additional - I told them to text me when the parcel could be picked up at their depot and NOT email me as I would not be near a email most of the time. They checked my phone number and read the WRONG number to me. I asked if they were even looking at the right mail item and then she read me the CORRECT phone number. They said they would get back to me shortly (have said that on other occasions and never got back to me). 2 hrs later they EMAILED me, not texted me. So I made a 35km round trip to pick up the parcel. I expect to get the same worded response that all the thousands of other negative reviews receive which will come to nothing but these are clearly cases where 1. Call centre staff are idiots, OR 2. Call centre staff are incompetent, OR 3. Call centre staff don't give a F.. or ALL of the 3. The guy at the depot apologised but admited your systems are NOT GOOD . massive understatement.

The worst delivery experience ever

The worst delivery experience ever, hopeless communication, still don't have my parcel, I asked for evidence of the attempted delivery because I was home with the front door wide open ? ..the photo they supplied was not my house, a photo of the street down the road, no house even in the photo, but yet they told me too bad, I will have to collect from the airport depot which is far away even though I paid for delivery to me, they messed up going to the wrong address but took no responsibility and just said to bad.
Said it was my fault for not replying to the calling card ! (that was left at wrong address)

Two Parcels Late Pick Up then Lost Between Two Sydney Suburbs

My two parcels not picked up for a week. Parcels were to be delivered from one Sydney suburb to another Sydney suburb. After two weeks of no delivery for either parcel, and endless enquiries that never provided any info as to my shipments status after the promised 48 hour response time. After the third week after the delayed pick up and continuous enquiries, Aramex informed me that both parcels were LOST,
Avoid this company. The cheaper cost is not worth the stress and time wasted not to mention the loss of your possessions.

If i could rate this with negative stars I would, not only did I need to fork out money to have my parcel redelivered because they attempted delivery ( fun fact they didn't because I was home waiting for it so nice scam by the way). The re deliver had clear as day instructions with my code to access the building yet some how at 7am they delivered it to the complete wrong building and left it out side for all to take (doesn't add up right why didn't they just do that with the first time of delivery? Like I said nice scam), so failed to follow simple delivery instructions and even deliver it to the right building what a joke. This is the second time this has happen i might add the first time at least it was redelivered to the right building but was also left outside, do NOT use this scam of a service.

More like -100 stars they are very useless rude they don’t care as a business. I would not use them to send stuff. They’re tracking is never up-to-date. The service is horrible. They’re rude. They won’t tell you information. They’ve got an attitude just horrible people to deal with.
