Brad visited today to do annual boiler service.
Contacted me 10 minutes prior to arrival which gave me chance to lock the dogs away. Punctual, polite and respectful of my property.
5***** service as always.
Wouldn’t use any other company since using them about 4 years ago when they sorted a problem which we had been left with no heating for over a month by a previous company and the price was very competitive.

We recently had air conditioning installed by Aqua Heat. It was completed over two days by Stuart, Gavin and a couple of others, apologies as I didn’t get your names. They were prompt and arrived exactly at the time they said. They worked quickly and efficiently, all the time treating us and our home with respect. I expected there to be a lot of mess but when they had finished, you would never know they had been. Can’t recommend them enough to all our friends who will no doubt be spending much more time at our house now it’s so cool!! Thank you all again. 10 out of 10 from us 👍

I contacted the business at 7.30pm expecting an answer machine and a call back in 3 days like most companies! Not this company! It was answered and within 24hours my heating was up and running! Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend

The speed at which we were able to be seen was genuinely amazing. The work carried out was neat and fully resolved the problem. The engineer that came out was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. All in all, a very positive experience!

We had a leak in our bathroom late on a Saturday night. We were a little anxious, but Aquaheat was able to send somebody within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue and we were then able to have the works completed within a couple of days.

Every person we spoke with was knowledgeable, polite & reassuring. Would highly recommend.

Great service , quick turnaround, very professional, would highly recommend called many companies before I contacted Aquaheat , for a blocked toilet that needed sorting fast , these were the only ones that give me an exact run down of the prices and times slots , so I knew what to expect , would use again .

Emergency call out great service instantly fixed very honest about what needed to be done and aftercare advise provided too. Found Mark very direct and clear about the job with a touch of humour in there too! Cheers

Wonderful company would recommend to everyone. So easy to contact, will make an appointment to suite your convenience. Mark who serviced my boiler was extremely knowledgeable, explained and showed me how to manage my boiler , he was friendly and cheerful.All in all - if you want the best company use Aqua believe me I have had some really bad ones I'm the past

They managed to fit gas boiler service around my diary. Very pleadant and efficient also advice for the service next year. Great job well done.

Had a new tap fitted by Mark. Quick, efficient, bang on time and even offered some advice over our boiler. Couldn't ask for more

Great service from both guy i booked in with and engineer. Came within the time allocated very friendly and helpful guy called Ryco (hopefully spelt right) sorted the issue promptly and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely look to use again when service is due thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. We are a childrens residential care home and we had a new young person coming to us late last night. The house was absolutely freezing with the heating and hot water not working. I called Aqua and within 30 minutes we had heat abd water. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for last night. Top service all the way.

I recently used Aquaheat for an emergency plumbing job. I really liked their service, they clearly explained their callout process and attended on time on both occasions and delivered an excellant service. They really put me at ease and every one I spoke to was friendly and polite. Big thanks to Nik especially, and the contact at the office for handling my calls. will definatley be using them again...

Everyone that I came into contact with Aquaheat had a professional and helpful attitude and customer care is the reason that I come back to this organisation when I need plumbing services.

Everyone I have spoken to either in person, via email or over the phone in the last few days since raising the issue has been absolutely wonderful, given me the full information and choices and explained things clearly and precisely.

The work was done to a high standard and I will be using this organisation again.

I felt very reassured from my phone call to the engineer Rajko arriving at my home. He explained everything to me and also contacted the National Grid on my behalf to get my gas problem sorted out.

Kellie at Aquaheat is always very helpful and efficient solving my plumbing woes across various properties. The support is much appreciated

Says no call out charge but 1ts 144 pounds for first half hour including vat.
Plumber arrived had a look and said needed to go get a part..
What was needed was a 22mm straight plastic coupler.
Surely as a plumber you'd carry common parts such as these.
The part was 3.50 but charged 30 quid because that's what we must charge.

TOTAL BILL 234 QUID FOR AN HOURS ATTENDANCE WHICH INCLUDES GOING TO SCREWFIX.

Excellent service. Emergency call out on Sunday evening for a nail through a pipe. Was told up to 90mins on the phone, engineer called in advance and came in 45 mins. Rajko was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. He was happy for me to watch and explained the works as he went.
Would definitely recommend.
