Very good customer service prior and post ordering. Helpful and informative all through the ordering process, including a visit to the factory showroom to see the actual product. My rating would be 4.3 as order did take a while to process, but would use again and recommend to others.

This must be our fourth or even fifth home improvement project with UK Home Solutions, and each time it’s been just as fruitful and straightforward. The team arrives on time, keeps the place clean, and the finished work always looks spot on.

I had a full set of new windows and a front door fitted by UK Home Solutions last month. It was a great service from start to finish. The job was completed in about three days, and I'm really pleased with the final result — and for a very good price too. The workmanship was very tidy. Would highly recommend.

Had a whole house of new windows replaced. I have to say that this company is second to none, going above and beyond and more importantly, no cut corners. Lee was easy to deal with, advising me and keeping me informed while Ray and Simon took so much care as I had already recently had my house rendered and was worried that it would be spoilt. Highly recommended, a professional job from start to finish.

We hired UK Home Solutions to tackle the noise from the busy road outside our home. Our top priority was noise reduction, and since we were new to the world of window installations, Lee at UKHS guided us through the process.Ultimately, we invested a significant amount in acoustic windows with flush encasement frames.Surprisingly, these new windows increased the noise level inside compared to the old ones. Throughout the process, we were frequently reminded to make payments, especially on completion day, even though one window was broken, another was incorrect, and they left our house in disarray (which they eventually sorted out).After the installation, numerous tradespeople, who visited for our ongoing home extension, remarked that flush encasement windows are poor for soundproofing, despite their high cost due to appearance. This has left us feeling misled, especially as our previous windows, without trickle vents, were likely better at noise reduction.UKHS and their manufacturer maintain that the windows were designed and installed accurately, and therefore, they see no further action needed.Our home is timber-framed, and UKHS suggests the noise is due to the walls. While that might be true to an extent, sound meter readings taken by UKHS indicate that more noise penetrates through the window area than the wall, disputing their claim.The core of our problem is that we were knowingly sold a product that didn’t meet our needs, and now that the supplier has been paid, they've decided to leave things as they are.

Recommended by neighbours and did not disappoint. Whole process was seamless. No pressure sales pitch, or messing around with prices, which I’ve really had bad experiences with in previous properties. All figures plugged into Lee’s app and what came out was what you were quoted. And very reasonable it was too. Fitters were brilliant, very experienced and as a result very skilled and professional. Comms throughout were bang on, and they worked around my plans. Windows and doors look superb. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had 2 quotes for a new french door in the lounge and chose UKHS on a gut feeling really quotes were similar but Lee had a look at an exposed part of our conservatory and worked out a way to fix that too included in the quote. I felt he knew his stuff, guarantees were clearly explained to me, he took the time to listen to what I (and my dad) wanted. Once I accepted the quote Lee came to go through the order in detail and I paid a deposit; and remaining to be paid on fitting day, no pressure for payment or even mention of it again. My dad passed away before fitting and Lee was very kind and compassionate, he made sure I felt reassured they would do a top job for me (dad was a builder). Door was fitted today and the guys that came asked after me and my dads wife, everything I had asked for had been passed along no need to repeat myself, door looks brilliant, it’s warmer and quieter in the lounge now. I would recommend ukhs to friends and family for a friendly service and professional job. I didn’t feel like just another customer. Thank you to all the team.

Lee, Ray and the entire team were so helpful in making our vision come to life. In the design process, they were thorough, took their time to explain the works and answered all of my questions (I asked a lot). When it came to completing the work, their standard remained high as they were punctual, polite and tidy. I was really concerned about the disruption and mess but it was kept to a minimum. The price point was good and Lee was mindful to accommodate our vision while remaining within our budget. I have since recommended UK Home Solutions to friends and family.

As a general builder I have used many window companies before and I have to say that Lee at UK Home Solutions was very helpful and thorough when making the order. Also the fitters were very tidy and professional in their work

We commissioned UK Home Solutions to help reduce noise from the busy road we live on. We were very clear that, as we live on a very busy road, our one number requirement was reducing noise. So, as novices in the world of windows we were guided by Lee at UKHS.

In the end we paid a large sum for acoustic windows in flush encasement frames.

However, the new windows actually INCREASED the noise we have inside compared to the old ones.
We were also pushed constantly for payment at every turn, espically on the day on completion despite the fact they broke one window, one was incorrect and they left the house in a complete mess (which eventually they resolved).

Since the work was completed, every other tradesperson we've had round (which is a lot as we are having an extension built) pointed out that flush encasement windows are terrible for noise insulation, but cost more due to their aesthetics. Leading me to feel we were completely mis-sold. Also our existing windows were "pre trickle vents" so were probably better at keeping noise out.

UKHS and their manufacturer have stated that the windows were built and installed correctly and there is nothing more to be done.

We have a timber frame house and UKHS try to tell us the noise is from the walls. This is understandably a factor but with noise meter readings taken by UKHS show more noise is entering via the window area than the wall, contradicting their argument.

Our issue is, we were, knowingly sold the wrong design for our needs and now the supplier has their money, they are happy to leave us as we are.

Just had four new UPVC windows installed at a property in Essex. The whole process from the initial design, through to quotation, installation and final payment was professional, clear, and efficient. Moreover, I am delighted with the result. Many thanks to UK Home Solutions and the team.
