Technicians are responsive

Technicians are courteous and responsive. Communicate well via texting. Treatments are working, especially for earwigs in the basement.

They only care about signing you up.

After they sign you up, the service seems to get progressively worse over time. The first guy who came out, for the initial application, did a good job. We got a different person the second time and they were in and out really quickly. However, we had no issues with the application. We got another new person for the third application. They were in and out quickly too but this person put Niban right on my wife's raspberry bushes, even though she showed them where they were and told them not to go near them. When she called customer service the first person she spoke to listen to her complaint, but then just hung up on her. She called back and the second person she spoke with listened to her all the way through, and promised somebody would call back, but we haven't heard anything so far and its been 2 days.

The notification prior to service was super helpful. I have chickens in my back yard so putting them in their coop prior to service was helpful.

Ahmad was very good in helping us…

Ahmad was very good in helping us resolve our issues. Very thorough in spraying inside and outside the house. Helped move some furniture as well. Got rid of the wasp nests and also laid down some glue traps in the garage for mice. Excellent service!

I sent a message to cancel my Friday…

I sent a message to cancel my Friday application September 19 and I wasn’t home and they did it anyway and they just did the outside for $119 a month. I think that’s a little bit expensive plus on my woodwork inside the house I’ve complained before that it has turned it to look like water has sat on it for a long time. Not happy with your service.

Kayla was WONDERFUL!!!

Kayla was WONDERFUL!!!! Willing To go the extra mile to try and get rid of problem mice!!!! Since we have woods behind our house this is an ongoing issue. Great job with the pest issues too.

Not really satisfied

Not saying your product is bad, it's just that we were better served with our previous service. Everything costs extra and we have not had that in the past. When they are here they are always trying to sell us something else. $79.00/month is quite a steep price for the effectiveness of your product.

I paid extra for bee treatment yet the bees still exist. They've been to the house three times over the past ten weeks - yet claims like their response of "let us treat it again" are all they provide.

I'm done with this company.

Super fast response to our concern

Super fast response to our concern about wasps that stung me multiple times, as well as a technician who knew what to try even though he did not have a complete hazmat suit to protect himself from the wasp nest.

The tech had no bait available for the…

The tech had no bait available for the bait stations. I would think it was a no-brainer to have a supply of it, especially now in September, when mice are looking for a way in. I did have fresh activity in my basement, so I know they are finding a way in. He gave me glue traps and mouse traps, but was also out of the bait for them. He told me that I had to call the office to reschedule another time for someone else to bring the bait for the traps and the stations. I would think he should have rescheduled the visit when he had bait, or called the office for me.
