I still haven't received the item ordered!!!!!! so I won't be able to rate the item
,although I anticipate it will be GOOD as I was on it from another source or something very similar BUT I will have to "start over" because I have been out of it waiting for this order

I wasn't notified that my AOR order would be late. When I called nobody would talk to me. A person did call back, but was not very nice with her explanation. She couldn't give a specific time when the Gastro Relief would be sent and was pretty rude to me.

Nearly two weeks since order payment received and still no product.
Lately more out of stock products and infrequent update of product list.
Customer service representative is highly competent, however, more than three months without product leaves me no choice but to look elsewhere.

Still waiting. . .
I placed my order five days ago and I still have heard nothing, no email with shipping information, no indication of when the order might arrive.
I cannot see my order on their website because I have not created an account with them.
I do not create an account with every site from which I order something. It just creates a big mess—all the links you have to remember—all the passwords. Most responsible sites send you shipping information and allow you in as a guest to enter your order number and see the shipping information.
I’m not likely to purchase anything from them again.

I purchase AOR probiotic 3 to help with UC
I have purchased AOR probiotic 3 for years to help with ulcerative colitis. It works! Adding this to my daily maintenance prescription has helped me achieve remission without biologics. So glad this is available in the US now. I order a few months supply to qualify for a discount and I appreciate it. Website is easy to use and I always receive the product with no issues.
