I love this product but the delivery was terrible. I didn’t receive the product for three months. I send a dozen emails and finally heard back after three months when my product was FINALLY delivererwd except it was delivered to my billing address which is in Canada not the delivery address which is New York. I had to ask for compensation. They suggested that they take the price of one bottle off. I suggested they fedex me another full order - 4 bottles - to the New York address asap. I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks and finally I was sent 1 bottle and it took over a week to arrive.

I won’t be ordering directly from the company again unfortunately. The product really is very good but this was a huge error - which happens - but I would have preferred that it be taken care of in a more prompt and efficient way.

This product is great! Helps to get me to sleep and retention. It does take a long time to get this product shipped, though.

I first began to use AOR after seeing a Naturopathic Doctor in Canada in 2010.
I was excited when the products became available in the US.
They have a large catalog of products with a high efficacy.
I recommend nudging our perspective law makers to make naturopathic supplements readily available and portion of our health insurance coverage! High hopes!

The two items I use made by AOR are rarely available. How can these be out of stock so often? I rely on these supplements to manage a rare disorder, and my doctor said to use AOR products. When months go by and AOR allows me to order it, then leaves me without the needed "medication" because they, "don't have it in stock" is unacceptable. I was buying it directly from the manufacturer BECAUSE I wanted to be sure I could get these products. Very unreliable stock availability and slow response when one orders., only to find out weeks later and it is not available.

My first order was great. My second order a couple of months later was cancelled due to of stock.

I have been very pleased with the product I have ordered from AOR. The system I've established for renewing orders on a regular basis works well for me. The only difficulty has been when an order was not shipped because the product was suddenly unavailable from the supply source. I understand that this problem may not have been something over which AOR had any control.

I have tried repeatedly to reach you and cancel my reoccurring order that we were getting for my husband's cancer. It is no longer effective, and we can not afford to purchase things we can not use. How on earth can we cancel? Is there any way to return the last batch you sent?

Love the products (use the B complex ones) and would gladly use them regularly, but they are constantly out of stock, and difficult to get notified when they are available again. Tried being on a subscription, but the orders just get cancelled.

I have been using T-100's for many years and have had great results. Would recommend this for anyone that has a under-active thyroid and is not on prescription drugs.

I had been getting T-100 through iHerb.com, but they for whatever reason discontinued carrying it. Not knowing any other source to get the product I thought to go to the AOR site where they might be able to tell me where it is available. So, to my great surprise AOR was set up to ship to private customers - truly a relief for me as I know empirically that this supplement is highly effective. My thinking at that point was that the process might take longer than other online companies. Not at all true! The ordering, payment, and shipping process was painless and efficient. Excellent service to my great relief. I'm happy.

Order was cancelled because the product is out-of-stock. You earned the second star because you let me know and refunded my purchase.

Appreciate the supplements. Regret they are being discontinued.

AOR Green lipped FFA is the most amazing remedy for arthritis I have ever found. It is awesome. Also helps asthma with easier breathing!!!! Now, just lower the price and we'll all get super happy unlike the victims of the frkn pharmaceutical corps. Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!!!
