review with a reflection
FTFA is really helping me to sustain after graduation and to find a job. Only minus was the lack of flexibility when I re-entered the country, in terms of documentation that was necessary for registration back in DK. Otherwise works well.

Patience and professionalism
I had to call FTF-A, send e-mails and visit their offices very often the first month after I set up my membership as a recent graduate. Both the people at the office, and the ones answering the phone calls and mails were very nice, and they had a lot of patience to answer the questions I had.
At the intro meeting I attended in English,the person that was holding the meeting had a very good understanding of the English language and managed to explain my responsibilities and duties very well.
All in all, every person I had contact with from FTF-A has been very polite, helpful and professional.

I am more dissatisfied of the service and support received from FTF-A behalf
I feel that the service received from FTF-a agents was not satisfying as expected from the company's behalf.
Since I applied to become a A-kasse member the questions and the support i've been asking was not clearly and useful. I've asked for help couple of times in order to complete my application and all the formulars that were needed and the answers were most of the times very late and not complete or enough for what i;ve been asking.
I feel disappointed by the service i've recieved and now I am still waiting for an clear answer to questions i have, I have doubts about what and when I am entitled to recieve from FTF-A as an uneployment member.
