as a fresh graduate I very much welcomed the opportunity to be introduced to the job market, the system structure and the procedural matters when it comes to the rights, obligations and benefits and job search possibilities.

Agent's involvement should be higher, with prepared tools and strategies how to help individuals to succeed faster in their job search. Just questioning the individual how is it going doesn't make much sense.

I have become unemployed in the beginning of the month and my intro meeting was in the end of the same month, after 20 days. In this period I have not been told that i have to comply with some of their requirements like filling in my job log. Another form I had to fill in about my dagnepenge in the end of the month I also had to know in advance as noone told me. I had to call multiple times and ask in order to make all needed documents in order. If i was waiting untill the meeting then it would be too late. The meeting itself was more like a workshop where we have to get to know the group, which is completely unnecessary in my opinion. The important things werent explained detaily enough, and people felt uncomfortable to ask questions, therefore the talker continued briefly to change slides.

The introduction meeting was very good!

The meeting was genuinely helpful, the counselor was extremely polite, eager to help and knowledgeable. The discussion was fruitful and targeted to my knowledge and field of expertise.

Very unprofessional. I chose this Akasse out of a careless decision as they came and presented themselves at my school and I did not know any other Akasse at that time. I paid for that dearly.
There is so much misinformation. Each employee says something different. To make excuse for their late handling, they accused me for sending documents late, but in fact, they did not inform me anything. I called them many times and every time the one I spoke to seems to have no clue of what is going on!.
Just, save your time and money. Don't go for this one. I changed Akasse immediately after the last phone call with them. I have wasted too much time and effort on this. Not worth it!

If I could give you -5 stars I would do it. I was trying to contact this company for more than 2 weeks . I tried all the available channels - phone, message via tastselv, chat - I never got an answer, or the chat system crashed and I couldn't get through chat.... It took me 7 hours one day to get in a touch with this company - It was not successful. What am I paying the membership for? For this customer support? Well I have to say McDonald's has better customer service than this company. How can such a terrible company handle such an important things like dagpenge etc... The excuse is that they have a new IT system - so I should probably tell the ladies in grocery stores that I'm taking the groceries home with me but I won't pay for it because FTFa has a new IT system or so ??? This is absolutely ridiculous and I will do my best to tell my network that this insurance is not worth a single kroner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS ONE HUGE DISASTER
