Amazing support team

Amazing support team. Had a problem caused with the update of one firmware version damagin some parts of the printer I bought and they provided a great and fast service replacing all the damaged components.

Very fine support

Had problem with the Z-offset not been saved, so I had to adjust the Z-offset every time I turn on the power. Support sent me a new mainboard.

Unstable bed

I had an issue on my Kobra 2 pro with print quality. With Anycubic after sale we found the solution, it was unstable bed. They send me a new bed as warranty.

Very good, instrucional and fast customer service. Great service!

Good costumer support

Quickly identified the problem and offered a replacement part, which was promptly shipped as well. They provided tracking for the part and a video to help with replacement. No complaints.

Personalized assistance with an assigned technician

Suddenly, I noticed problems with the printing. Apparently, the printer collided with the object and ended up detaching it from the bed. That doesn't always happen.
The technical service has been giving me instructions to resolve it in a very quick and attentive manner.
The incident tracking system is impeccable.
