Excellent Support, i haved a problem with my new anycubic kobra x and they give me a solution fast.

I recently purchased an Anycubic Kobra X and it came with a factory defect. I contacted support and they provided a quick solution, they will send me a replacement part. It’s not like other brands where you have to submit extensive proof, including photos and videos, to show that there is truly a problem, and then spend weeks dealing with it before getting a solution.

I’m extremely impressed with Anycubic’s customer support. One of the parts of my printer broke, and they immediately offered to replace it without any hassle. Their quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help truly exceeded my expectations. Absolutely outstanding service!

It's almost a year that I print with a Photon Mono M7 Pro and it's just wondeful and easy! Had an unlucky issue with a board, and first through their wiki then with email tech help I substituted it with the one they sent me by courier, straight fron China, without any charge. Top notch!!

Excellent printer, but above all, fantastic support. I'm new to 3D printing: 10 months ago, I purchased a Kobra 3 Max Combo as my first 3D printer. At that time, I couldn't imagine there would be problems along the way, but after the first few months, I faced reality. I must admit, however, that I was able to promptly solve any issues I encountered thanks to friendly, prompt and helpful people from support service.

Hi everyone, when I first turned on the printer I noticed that the Z measurements were all off by 0.4mm and, after some tests suggested by the Anycubic service, we came to the conclusion that it was the fault of the curved heated bed, so Anycubic promptly sent me a new one, with which I solved the problem.
So from my experience, I can say that Anycubic's service is ready and prepared to solve problems.

Good and reliable printers! And equally important, good support. After 3 thousand and some hours of printing time on my Kobra 3 Combo (with only minor issues), i had a problem with my Ace Pro (my fault), to wich anycubic support quickly provided solution and replacement. Also, own a S1 that works perfectly. So, no complaints whatsoever
