The mower performs beyond expectations. I'm impressed with the AIs ability to trim around trees, under bushes and determine the height and thickness of the grass and adjust the speed accordingly. It trimmed around a tennis ball. It's rare for a product to be worth the price.

I am a single, working mom and proud new owner of my very first home. The lawn is huge, bumpy, and has a steep grade down to the creek. I almost blew out my ankle trying to mow the thing. The mower was easy to set up. It’s scheduled to mow a different zone every day. I love how it stripes my lawn and I feel like my lawn is looking healthier and definitely has less weeds. You can choose lawn height and even mowing direction. My neighbors (and cats!) are fascinated with it. I’ve never been happier with a purchase. 🙏🏻🎉

This team knows their product. They were Allentown zero in from the symptoms, to problem, to resolution in short order. They also did so with courteous and professional efficiency. I love their product. It has effectively fired me from 95% of the lawn cutting duties.

This is my second robot mower. I previously owned one that required a boundary wire. It worked ok, but had problems that only grew as it aged so that it was mostly useless by the end of its third season. Also, it cost a lot of time to check and burry the wire. This time I chose to buy a robotic lawn mower that didn't require wiring, hoping it would save me more time, and it did.Here are some of my experiences for your reference.I waited a day or two longer than expected when I bought it because the genie 1000 was out of stock in my city. I unpacked it and used it immediately after it arrived. I quickly set it up according to the tutorials on the official website and the product manual. It didn't take much time because I have rich experience using smart lawn mowers.MappingI have to say that I am very satisfied with the automatic mapping function, which does not require burying wires. This machine can automatically map through the APP, but I am still not sure, and I have newly planted some flowers on the edge of the lawn. I don't want the mower to hurt them, so I still operate it remotely by myself. The process is not very laborious. The machine starts working immediately after the map is completed.Mowing effectIt has two mowing modes, standard and fast, but I am not in a hurry, so I usually use the standard mode to make it cut more finely. When I used it for the first time, my lawn was relatively high and a bit messy, so I mowed it twice. It was really a sense of accomplishment to see the lawn become neat and tidy.ConnectionOnce it was affected by wind and rain, I needed to reconnect the machine and map it. I don't know why it couldn't connect. Later, I consulted customer service and it was quickly resolved.Automatic mowingAfter trying a few mowing attempts to make sure the machine wouldn't accidentally hit something I had placed on the lawn, or hurt people or animals, I tried the """"""""managed"""""""" mode they've been promoting, which is automatic mowing. After setting the mowing height, mowing time, and mowing frequency, it really did the job perfectly, saving me a lot of time.I'm very happy to have bought this mower and will recommend it to my friends, after all, it's really cheap and stable. I believe it will get better and smarter.
