Dont buy Anthbot !
Hi! I would not recommend anyone to buy a refurbished robot lawn mower from Anthbot. I placed an order on March 28th, and shipping was supposed to start on April 30th. A few days passed and I heard nothing from Anthbot. Finally, I reached out to them, and suddenly it was out of stock.
I got back to support with a solution. Two weeks later, still no robot lawn mower and no solution to the problem. So damn poor!"

Never had I had such a miserable service experience.
By the 13th of April I bought the Genie 1000. A month later and I haven’t heard anything.
The only message I received was “ After reviewing your order, we unfortunately have to inform you that the Genie 1000 (Refurbished) model is currently out of stock due to extremely high demand. Our team is working hard to restock as quickly as possible.”
This was received by 8th of May.
No timeestimate no nothing.
They don’t reply on my mails, they are not on the phone og worst of all they have already received my money.
I wouldn’t recommend ANTHBOT to anyone.

I am updating my original 1-star review to 4 stars following a resolution from the company.
I was one of the early backers who bought the Anthbot mower during its Kickstarter launch in autumn 2024, and I received the unit in April 2025. It worked quite well for the first entire season; there were some minor bugs with edge cutting, but overall the experience was positive.
The issues started at the beginning of the new season in May 2026. After storing the mower fully charged over the winter in a heated garage, it refused to operate. It demanded a new firmware update and a renewal of the paid 4G subscription. Unfortunately, the update repeatedly failed to install, rendering the device completely unusable. Even a factory reset didn't fix it.
I spent three weeks trying to reach Anthbot support with absolutely no response. It was only after I posted a 1-star review here that they finally contacted me. To their credit, once they reached out, they promised a replacement device which arrived within a week. The new unit is up and running successfully.
Verdict: The product itself is actually quite good when it works, but the support team seems completely overwhelmed—likely due to company growth issues. I hope they improve their communication channels so users don't have to resort to public reviews just to get a response.

No Customer Service...literally
I got my mower on a Friday and got to work setting it up. After an hour of troubleshooting, it became clear that my RTK that comes with it was defective. I reached out to online support through the app and waited. Didn't hear anything on Monday so on Tuesday I reached out via their website. Their live chat said they would get back to me. So I called. After 5 minutes on hold, it says to call back and the call disconnects. I expect to be able to get a hold of someone when I spend over $700 on a purchase. Completely unacceptable. Now I have to hope someone reaches out to me so I can return this.
Hassle free mowing experience
Having had new turf laid I wanted to keep it in top condition without having to spend my time out there going up and down mowing the grass myself. Ordered a Genie 600 and it was super easy to unbox and setup. I chose to manually setup my zone and I drove it round the border and then sent it on its way. Garden is 300sqm and takes one charge in the middle to complete which doesn't take long. Very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend.

I bought an ANTHBOT GENIE 600, on 3 April and got an order confirmation ANTHBOTHUP 4114 and an invoice the same day.
Have moved several times on their website, chat and support for a track number and delivery, but nothing happens.
Therefore, I would warn others against buying at ANTHBOT, as you do not get the product you have paid for.
Set it, Forget it, and Enjoy a Perfect Lawn Every Day
I’ve owned the Anthbot Genie 3000 since May 2025, and honestly, it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. I have a medium-sized yard, and after reading strong reviews and hearing good things about the customer support, I decided to give it a try. It has absolutely lived up to expectations.
The setup process was incredibly simple right out of the box. It came with a clear instruction sheet that just about anyone could follow, and I had no trouble getting everything up and running. The RTK setup was smooth with no issues at all. Once it locked in, it stayed locked in. For months now, it has been steady and reliable, hitting every row perfectly without missing spots.
The mowing performance is outstanding. Because it cuts every day, it only trims tiny micro pieces of grass instead of leaving big clippings everywhere. That means no grass littering the driveway, getting tracked into the house, or blowing around in the garage. The lawn always looks clean, neat, and freshly cut. It gives that “just mowed” look every single day instead of looking good for one day and gradually getting worse until the next weekly mow.
Obstacle handling is also excellent. It navigates around trees, landscaping, and other obstacles with no real problems. Very rarely, it might get stuck if a wheel sinks into a hole or something uneven, but fixing it is as simple as moving it a few feet. That’s really the only inconvenience I’ve had, and it’s minor. My backyard also has a slope and a hill in the back corner, and the Genie 3000 handles both without any trouble at all.
What I love most is how truly hands-off it is. I set the mowing schedule once and forget about it. I have it set with Do Not Disturb so it starts at 9 AM every day and finishes by 10 PM at night with a double mow. I set the cut height, set the schedule, and it just takes care of itself. I never have to think about mowing anymore, and my yard always looks amazing.
The app is also very easy to use and reliable. The mower itself is ultra quiet—honestly, there is almost no sound from it at all. It can run without bothering you or the neighbors, which is another huge plus.
The biggest benefit for me is time savings. It saves me about two hours every week for roughly nine months out of the year. That adds up fast. It saves time, energy, and money in the long run while keeping the yard looking consistently better than traditional mowing.
I would absolutely recommend the Anthbot Genie 3000 to other homeowners, especially anyone who wants a beautiful lawn without spending their weekends behind a mower. It keeps the lawn looking fresh-cut every single day, and that alone makes it worth it.
For me, this is an easy 5 out of 5 stars.

Ghosted by Support and Lawnmower Not Working
After terrible support over 2 months of discussion, as soon as I start asking for a refund they stop responding. I've had to open a case with my bank to charge back.
I showed them videos of the lawnmower crashing into me and attempting to run over my feet. After which it stops working entirely.

If you purchased the because they advertised it's as good as the other brands, they were lying to you.
You'd be better off paying the extra cost for another brand. These are cheap hardware with bad software.
I found them so bad I signed up to trustpilot just to inform the public about how terrible this company is.
Been trying to contact to the company…
Been trying to contact to the company for some time to fix the issues, but no response via e-mail, amazon store or via there app. Worked great for one summer then decided to stop working after update. And thinks its being pick up every 5 mins. Wish you could reset this in the app instead of having to go to the lawn mower every time. The charger has also melted. Still under warranty as it's not a year old yet.
Awesome mower now, but Startup was quite bumpy
Startup was very bumpy with mapping garden not working, constant out of bounds errors and a lot of issues making the unit incapable of actually mowing my garden.
I contacted support using the in app option, and fairly quickly I received a reply and it turns out I accidentally received a unit with a very old firmware, and a new fw was never pushed to me automatically.
So after a fair bit of back and forth I received a new fw (1.0.74) and the mower worked a lot better. However it still had some issues with mower thinking it was outside the boundary or that it was in some other place in my garden entirely than it was. Support finally realized that I was given a test fw and was pushed a proper release fw (1.0.6) that actually works well!
I still experience outside boundary errors once in a while but far from the norm now. And the mower is very quiet and easy to use now!
I love Anthbot
I love Anthbot. I'm testing and installing a lot of brands but Anthbot is sticking out above most competitors.
The machine I own (Genie 1000) is very well made. No clonking from the front wheels like many competitors, automapping, excellent remote control. RTK and by surprise in last update nRTK support, best of both worlds.
I love the dedicated online support of Anthbot. On Facebook every users question is instantly pickup up and answered by Anthbots experts. I never seen this with other brands.
Before I bought this brand I never heared of it but now I'm really glad I found them.
I hope they come with a big 4x4 model soon 😄

You can fine-tune every detail to suit your needs. The support is also excellent — they are always available and provide outstanding help with any questions related to the robot.
