Very happy with Ancorstore ! Huge selection
Fair trade and prices. I work with them for 2 years now. Never been disappointed

I have been selling through Ankorstore for 18 months now and I'm very happy with how they have supported me and helped me to grow my business. I have a dedicated Brand Manager who I feel is always happy to help if I experience any difficulties. Issues have mainly arisen due to the complications of shipping from the UK to the EU since Brexit but they have dealt with everything promptly and helpfully. They are continuously open to feedback as they work to improve, which I think is a really good quality.

Easy to use, great payment terms, fast delivery and communication with suppliers.

Ankorstore is the worse organisation ever we work up to now.

Their onboarding process is nightmare. We couldn't onboard our fashion brand over a year period. Their employees are frequently changing. They kept losing the information that we shared before.

Their platform itself is copy & paste of others. Nothing is working.

Overall, it was waste of time. We decided not to onboard our brand since they can not our representative in front of our customers.

My order has been canceled with no explanation.

Terrible company, just take your money and do not offer any customer service. I placed an order from them but only received a small quantity of the order. Contacted the seller who told me they would send the rest delayed which I accepted. In the new year they said they could not complete the order but Ankorstore had already taken my money and when speaking to them they refused to offer any refund just said because it was after 6 days they couldn't do anything. Waste of time using this company, they offer nothing, go direct to the brand.

Fustring some brands have a long ship time

Very pleased with the ease of finding interesting new suppliers and placing an order. Have now ordered several times and each experience has been positive.

An excellent platform for small businesses!

Very dissapointing. First they allow you to place orders and then you might not go through their verification process. So it turns out a business with a small online shop is not enought to purchase there. Prices there are pretty high anyway.

Last summer (July 2022) was told my application accepted as a maker and have received two emails from them given me links to fill in my info and some videos to explain the next steps etc. Click on all the links and none of them work, so I emailed them back but heard nothing at all. In December I thought I'd try contacting them again using their website's help page, they sent me an email acknowledged my request for help/info but AGAIN, have heard nothing from them since. I have never come across a company at this scale so bad at replying emails or reply the request through their website. After reading all the others shops and sellers experience, it seems their operational level is very low. For other people who have problems with them, I highly recommended FAIRLING, they helped me so much to setup my profile and given me email where I have a designated staff to help with whatever problem I have. This is the kind of level of assistance I'd expect if you want your business to be successful.

Ankorstore shortens our B2B sales effort and makes invisible things visible through its experts. Most importantly, the regular follow-up by the team members and support team is incredible. The sales have been increasing by more than 40% year to year through Ankorstore, which is incredible,, and I will surely recommend our new retailer buy through Ankorstore to get the best benefit on their sales journey.

It`s easy to do wholesale shopping on Ankorstore.

Have waited over a week for my first order to be verified.. I have sent all the relevant documents to them and still have yet to hear back or receive my products! They have over £50 of mine they’re holding!
Emails are not being replied to neither!

Great service from the Ankorstore team and fantastic choice of supplies to choose from, I haven't had any issues ...

The company admitted in writing they had not sent items out because they were out of stock. I had to contact a particular team to be refunded. I was busy running a business so it took me three days to sort it out and get in touch. I was then told that despite having it in writing that these items were not sent, I have waited to long to ask for a refund and would not get my money back.

Ankorstore has been my platform of choice since day one of our retail business. With a vast list of European suppliers, it helped us create the assortment, in an easy-to-manage way through the platform. It was also throug Ankorstore that we managed to create strong relationships with our suppliers.
