Ankorstore started to charge retailers…
Ankorstore started to charge retailers on every brand order 30 eur. fee. Doesn't matter or order is small or i spend a lot of money they charge 30 eur. fee. on each order...I am very disappointed, for example i already started working with brands directly and spend only 5 eur. for shipping and some are shipping for free.

On Ankorstore, we have implemented three types of fees related to shipping and handling for retailers like yourself. Let me provide you with some more details:
1. Shipping fee: This is a €30 fee that is applied to any checkout below €300 (excl. VAT). We have set this fee to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of your orders.
2. Long distance fee: In certain cases, there is a €30 fee applied based on the brand's location and your location within Europe. You may have noticed this fee displayed as 'Shipping from {brand_country}' on our website and the invoice. We apologize for any confusion caused by this fee.
3. Heavy/fragile fee: For products that are considered heavy or fragile to package and ship within Europe, we apply a €20 fee. These products may include items such as Beer & Ciders, Water, Juice & Sodas, Wine & Champagne, Olive Oil & Vinegar, and Spirits. This fee is necessary to ensure the careful handling and safe delivery of these delicate items.
Please keep in mind that all these fees are flat rates that are applied at the checkout. However, we do maintain a minimum order value per brand of €100 (excl. VAT).
I would also like to highlight that if you are an Ankorstore+ subscriber, you will be pleased to know that the shipping fee and the heavy/fragile fee, if applicable to your order, will be waived. Ankorstore Plus is available to all independent retailers in France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.

Ankorstore more like Ankorpoor
I have attempted to make orders with this company but they keep rejecting me even though I am paying upfront for goods. I get no explanation as to the reasons why. Its a very poor wholesaler. I wish I could give them a lower score than I did. The welcome offer they promote is nonsense too. Really poor company please beware because you will be waiting for stock that will never arrive.

Ankorstore is now not for small businesses!!!
Ankorstore in the beginning was great idea, but now disappointment is big because of additional shipping cost from almost every brand. And Estonia is not in the end of the world. Our main partner from Netherlands is shipping with 10€ on box and here we have to order at least for 300€ and still pay 30€ for a view amount of items.

Charge 24% commission and lie on their website
Charge 24% commission, even when you directly bring an existing retailer to purchase from you via the platform. Very misleading as their site says 24% commission only on the retailers they bring you. Will close our account soon and continue on the other wholesalers who do let you do this.
Edit: They've since managed to mess up even more by giving a random referral an additional 15% off on an order and then failed to have it collected within the agreed day and time. Useless company.

Very bad for brands
Very bad for brands. In 2023 you still can't sync the quantities with Shopify , the intranet is always faulty and won't save product updates, makes paying custom duties for retailers a nightmare and it's overall buggy. Their execs only care about bringing new retailers onboard ignoring completey the brand owners that simply don't want to put up with this buggy software and are moving to other platforms .

You can only really judge a company when something goes wrong and how they deal with it..
Sadly Ankorstore couldn't really careless when things go wrong.. Only possible contact is email or online form, they are not interested in speaking to you to sort any issues..
I would suggest that if they want better ratings they sort out their customer service and aftercare..

This company is a joke
This company is a joke, I signed up with the promise of £150 off my first order. Tried to place multiple orders only for them to email me saying I must be a business as this is a wholesale website?
My email, web address & companies house registration number was all shared with them.
Now it’s impossible to unsubscribe from their incessant mailing lists telling me I can order with £150 off because the “link” on the email to unsubscribe doesn’t even exist.
If you’re looking for an all around wholesaler if you’re a lifestyle brand use Faire because this company is a joke…
