I am really happy to share my feedback about the support I received from Depth Free at Anchorage Chambers.
Honestly, when Omar and Gary first contacted me and explained the process, I was very doubtful. In the beginning, I thought it might be a scam. I became so worried that I even contacted my bank, changed my debit card, updated my details, and stopped answering calls for some time. Because most companies only send emails or online forms, I felt uncomfortable that they were personally calling and helping me so much.
After ignoring several calls, I finally answered Omar’s call. He patiently spoke to me, cleared my doubts, and asked me to trust him just once. Even then, before starting the process, I asked him again if I was in safe hands because I was still scared of being scammed. He calmly reassured me and told me that I was not in the wrong hands.
Now I can honestly say I am very thankful for all the help and support they gave me. Omar and Gary worked extremely hard for me. They spent hours on hold with creditors, councils, utility companies, and even Thames Water just to help resolve my issues. Sometimes they waited for two or three hours on calls before connecting me in. That level of dedication and support is truly appreciated.
Looking back, I feel bad about the way I doubted and spoke to them at first, but they remained patient and professional throughout. I am genuinely grateful that I accepted their help.
Depth Free and the team at Anchorage Chambers have been amazing, and I truly appreciate everything they have done for me.
