UNEDUCATED AND DISTESPECTFUL
This is the claim department for Car Shield. Worst experience of my life. Cancelled my car shield today due to horrific customer service in the claim department. No communication, all call centers, never get the same person to talk to, DISRESPECTFUL adjuster to my mechanic on a 3-way call, closed my claim before they even moved forward. I would NEVER let this company do anything toward a claim ever again. As a single mom and it being the holidays I am appauld and disgusted by the customer service from all angels.

AWESOME DRIVER !!
The driver called to let me know that he was 10 minutes away, which was nice. He arrived on time and took time to get my Cadilliac on the flatbed tow truck. Very nice service!! Will use your company again and recommend you to my family and friends. Thanks.
