Opened account and 1 hour later they closed it for no reason, received card through post so they wasted their money on the card would not go near them again the person I spoke to was rude and just told me account closed for no reason very rude.

Very poor service, my first transaction paid in , as soon as I started dispatching my money they frozen the account.. started to ask me to send proof which I did very promptly. But you took 48 hrs to unblock it , made me lose the trust of customer because I couldn't provide on time frame.
Your staff are immatures, incompetent, sounds like repetitive robot readings a script without brain, don't dedicate a customer representative team if they are just there to apologise for the inconvenience and really can't help because that is irritating. After I clear my founds I will stop all banking activities with you .

It was so easy to set-up the account, this was most unlike the experience I had, when attempting to set-up a business account, with the high street bank that I have banked with for many years. The app is clear and concise, it enables me to see what is happening in my business in seconds. I am so pleased with it.
My only disappointment was that there is no facility to take payments over the phone, or for when the customer is not present. Making a bank transfer for someone with a banking app is easy, but for many of my customers who are elderly and often are not too au fait with new technology would find it difficult. Hopefully at some point in the future Amaiz will adopt a payment system which could benefit this group of people.

The app is good, but customer service is mediocre.
Customer service told me they can cancel my account at anytime, for any reason without furture notice or explanation, so they did.
Waste of time

Worse bank ever froze my account with 10k in it didnt give me a reason then had the cheek to go into my account and send the money back to my client even though we had done the work for them already. Didnt ask me any questions or for any info what so ever i then had to go back to my client like an amature and say my bank returned the payment

The Amaiz app covers the basics with everything I need without feeling like I need a degree in accoutancy!

They froze my account because they wanted more info from me, which was duly supplied in 24 hours.
Six weeks later, no reply and account still frozen.
Then I had the misfortune of the most pathetic, abrasive customer "service".
Never properly replied to my complaint either.
Avoid.
EDIT: As you can see from the inappropriate, canned response below, they really do not care about prospective customers. As they are not a bank, they are not regulated in the same way and there is practically nothing the Ombudsman can do.

Opened a business account - account could not have the business' name on it. Closed account - less than ten minutes after joining.
Customer services very vague and without clear details regarding timescales. Very disappointing.
Do not waste your time.
