Amaiz provides a great service, especially when it comes to SEPA payments – they are fast and reliable. However, I would have rated 5 stars if SWIFT transfers were available. Overall, it's an efficient platform with room for improvement in international payments.
Opened an account last year and issued a card. Convenient bank alternative, with no branch visits.
It’s been 10 days now that my account is froze with over 10k in it whenever i call them to speak to manager they just put my call on hold and then disconnect it.
I’m gonna file a complaint against them to my Mp and also to watchdogs..
They are just thieves stay away from them.
These people are thieves they block your account once you have a bit of money in there then don’t respond or when they do your not found on the system! Stay away don’t loose your money with these jokers had a very terrible experience still trying to get my money through courts now hopefully!
So far not good. Payments took 3 days to arrive after being told there’s no processing times only to find out there is.
Once transferred the the account number and sort code (which I had to extract from my IBAN as apparently you can only get your actual account number and sort code by going on a desktop / laptop / Pc (doesn’t work on phones safari etc), logging in and finding it.
After this, I now don’t know how to transfer from my GBP account to my card? Why do they show different balances. No option to transfer it over, been waiting 2 days for someone to tell me how. Should the customer service agents not know the basics of the company they work for?

Extremely poor service, bad Application of software prevents you accessing any accounts. We have reported to ombudsmen and now instructed a solicitor (under advice) We are now also going to the metropolitan police financial crime unit about this company. It needs looking into urgently.
Please do not use this bank and save yourself any heart ache.

This supposed switchover this last week has been shocking, a week after and still cannot access funds to either pay in or take out. Off to the ombudsman this weekend, had enough of their fake excuses, complete scam or sham of a bank

Absolutely appalling service holding incoming funds back which has had a negative impact on my business. Ive tried not to be sinical despite reading negative things about this supposed bank but enough is enough when i sweat so hard on these jobs to then get told on the expected payday that you cant see or touch your money for 4 days. "Businesses like Amaiz are contributing factors of why its difficult for upcoming small businesses to succeed or even stay afloat".
Starting to seem to me that its run by hackers.
21St Century Scams are Banking Apps.
This banks are all the same, they say they care about regulation but 90% of cases won't by customers with Ombudsman.
When this Thug-Run scams block your money for weeks and months they benefit from it while as a customer you Lose your business and customers, they borrow your money to their clients as a loan for rediculus rates while you there suffering mentally because of them.
The regulators always focuses on customers who might be doing sins while allowing this thugs to rip their customers off..

I've been working with Amaiz for quite some time now, and despite having a couple of questions before, I've recently devoted myself to a fake promotion that Amaiz immediately directed. Around the same time, I received a discount in accordance with common decency. The woman from the stunt group who answered my call was kind and friendly. I recommend it!
Banking made very easy . I am etreemly satisfied with everything about this bank. I do not need high street bank at all with Amaiz .
From my experience do not go anywhere near this company. I have had multiple fraudulent transactions which the company first expects the customer to chase up the closure on which is normally dealt with entirely by the card company and then even when a credit has been agreed they fail to get the credit back on your account. They have come up with every excuse from log in again, will take a few days to technical issues. 3 weeks later still no funds credited. The worst experience!!
