Impeccable understanding of PTSD
The first nice was really friendly, and the the psychiatrist took matters of concern into consideration in a timely manner.
I have been a patient
With releaf for 16 months but alternaleaf are in a league of their own. My mdt was slow because it had to be a live MDT due discrimination from doctors etc. I am an example of why medical cannabis works,alternaleaf’s MDT report was a breath of fresh air.

This service is amazing
This service is amazing, I can quite honestly say with some confidence they have gotten me out of a 30 year deep hole, if you have pain mental health issues ( I think they go hand in hand) and your gp can no longer help get on it I’m 51 and the happiest I’ve been in many years

Flat out decivied by a pharmacist
Flat out decivied by a pharmacist , was told in my monthly review after informing said pharmacist i was out of medication that i would be put on emergency and have it in my email inbox to purchase by monday mid day . Monday rolled round and i didn't recive anything sl i went to montus chat help which told me i was speaking to a real person who to say the least was unhelpful and apparently unaware of any single person in the chain of authority i coupd be directed too . I was however sent a phone number to alternaleaf help which left me on hold for 24 minutes and 34 seconds before i hung up out of sheer rage and disbelief. Go with ma medica instead they have more options and yk dont flat out lie to patients. Also in a followup email from alternaleaf they openly disregarded the rest of their operational hours on the day my prescription was created . Also acted like the minimum 3 day estimate was ironclad and not and estimate based on statistics .
