Reasonable price seen quickly
The website was so easy to use. Nurse and doctor were great. I had appointments made so quickly. The prescriptions are reasonable prices. No big consultation fee either actually affordable appointments. I was seen and dealt with under 2 weeks.

Overall
Overall, my experience with Alternaleaf has been positive, but there were definitely some delays at the start. From my first consultation to actually receiving my first prescription, the whole process took around a month. During that waiting period, communication was quite limited at times, which made the process a bit frustrating as I wasn’t always sure what stage things were at or how long things would take.
That said, once everything was approved and properly set up, the process became much smoother. The consultations themselves were professional, I felt listened to, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I did manage to speak with them. The clinic process is fairly straightforward once you are in the system, and so far repeat prescriptions and follow-up steps have been much easier.
I think expectations around waiting times could be communicated more clearly at the beginning, especially for new patients, but overall I’m happy with the service so far and the treatment has been helpful.

was told someone would get back to me within 72hrs (a week and half later , nothing!)
don't answer emails anymore or call back.
they was doing it all before they got my subscription.
I'll be cancelling it very soon if someone doesn't let me know what's going off

Don't bother!
As far as I can tell, this is just a scam company. They've been charging me for months for a membership yet no one has even given me an appointment. The web chat service doesn't work, and if you call you can't get through to someone but have to "request a callback." The emails go unanswered. This company advertises absolutely EVERYWHERE but my guess is they make their money on these monthly memberships and keep people hanging on waiting for their appointments without providing a service. I'm so furious to have wasted my time, which is limited, chasing these people.

Impeccable understanding of PTSD
The first nice was really friendly, and the the psychiatrist took matters of concern into consideration in a timely manner.
I have been a patient
With releaf for 16 months but alternaleaf are in a league of their own. My mdt was slow because it had to be a live MDT due discrimination from doctors etc. I am an example of why medical cannabis works,alternaleaf’s MDT report was a breath of fresh air.

This service is amazing
This service is amazing, I can quite honestly say with some confidence they have gotten me out of a 30 year deep hole, if you have pain mental health issues ( I think they go hand in hand) and your gp can no longer help get on it I’m 51 and the happiest I’ve been in many years
