When I first saw the advertisement for the child’s pillow I fell in love. Love the positive affirmations. Great for a young girl.
Ordering was really easy and my Christmas gift arrived in probably 2 weeks.
Also the quality of the fabric is soft and welcomes squeezing. I’m so excited to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas

No communication. They took my money right away and sent a receipt. I was told it would take 7 days to complete and I would receive an email. It had been well past a week and I have heard nothing. I can't even call them to ask.

The granddaughter candle was beautiful and fortunately very well packaged. My granddaughter got very emotional, she loved it. However, The delivery was Totally HORRIBLE! It looked like an independent contractor because the candle was delivered by someone driving in a Dodge Ram truck who threw the candle on the grass from inside the vehicle and didn’t bother to get out of the truck just threw it out of the truck as if it were some piece of trash that bothered him/her. I’ve had deliveries from many different companies but nothing as shameful as this delivery person you used! HORRIBLE!!!

The product exceeded expectations. It was bigger than I thought it would be and the packaging was excellent. The design was sharp and perfect. And, most important of all, my wife loved it!

Worse purchase I ever made. The delivery process was long. When they finally delivered it without notifying me it was being delivered that day. I saw on my ring camera It was left outside at 10:09 pm. And at 12:17 am a man stole it off the porch.
Would never buy from here again.

A friend of mine lost her father and grandfather during just a three month time period. She was very close to them. I ordered two memorial Christmas ornaments each with their picture on. I know she will love them as I did and they will hang on the Christmas tree for years to come. The pieces are great!

Everything was perfect, it will be a wonderful gift for my granddaughter who will be going off to college in the fall. I’ve been sick recently and didn’t even realize my package had arrived, it had come so quickly I never even remembered it was here. It’s perfect !! Thank you so much !!

Bought an ornament that they showed to be dimensional and It came to me as a flat piece of wood. Not at all as described or pictured!

I ordered a large personalized coffee mug for my nail tech for Christmas and received the order and the mug was broken in pieces. I reached out to customer support and they instructed me on how to replace the mug. I received a new mug in fast shipping time and the mug was in perfect condition. Thank you for great customer service and will continue to shop.

I have been a customer of almagems for awhile. I have always been satisfied with products and help. Recently I had an issue and Chloe went above and beyond to rectify my situation. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She made sure my order was to my complete satisfaction and continually sent me updated emails . She was wonderful. AlmaGems truly cares about the customer and wants us to be totally satisfied and if not, they will make it right .

Very cute gift ideas. I've ordered 5 separate times and all has been delivered on or before the day it was supposed to arrive. Customer service is excellent. I've emailed them a few times and they answered within 24 hours. Helpful, nice folks. Chloe helped me and she's great. I'm very pleased with this company. I think I'll shop some more!!!

It was easy to order, offered enough colors to choose from, the most creative designs to choose from and the size is prefect. I got this for my daughter in law for a Christmas gift, she is going to love it!

I saw the ad on Facebook.

I loved the idea of the pillows. I have four grandchildren and I wanted to surprise them.

The pillows arrived on time.

I wasn’t sure about the wrapping. But once I got it open, and assembled, the pillows were very cute.

Yes, I would recommend them.

Love my beautiful ornament!

The quality of the personalised coffee cup is very much lower than it appears in the photos (which have been enhanced). The artwork is not raised. It is a transfer sticker front and back that does not extend to the sides.

Music box arrived broken. Packaging was not damaged, it appears they shipped it already broken. It was made with very cheap materials which is sad considering I paid $48 for it. I would not buy from this company again.
