No support from them tracking my lost order, I understand that they sent tracking number etc but when I try to explain that the package hasn’t moved in 2weeks ( at this time) they say that it shows in transit.?

I was very excited to receive my engraved pocket watch for my brother but alas I couldn't figure out how to set the hands. On Christmas eve I emailed this company and they replied! They sent me a video of what to do and if that didn't work to get back with them so they could help me with my problem. You don't get much service like that these days! I would gladly recommend them and will continue to do business with them.

22 days and still no package. This was a Christmas gift and still just get excuses. And this was 2 weeks after it was ordered. Their site says a US address when actually comes from China. I would not have ordered if I had known. I do not recommend this company at all.

Photos of mugs are very misleading. They look textured or at the very least HD printing on the mug. The down grade is for misleading photos of the mugs on the website.

Very easy to order, quality was awesome, delivery was alittle slower than had hoped. Had a small problem with tracking my shipment. I emailed the company the response was quick. Resolved my granddaughters loved their candles thank you so much.

my sister is a joker and I knew she'd love the coffee mug I got her! Good quality and sturdy!

On December 5th 2025, I placed an order for 2 blankets I saw advertised on Instagram. Not knowing the company is in Hong Kong, I placed the order. The blankets are for my two daughters in laws expecting babies in early 2026 and were gifts. As of now I have nothing and I’m disappointed. There’s no phone number to contact them, only thru emails, at this time I’ll stop payment and get my $200.00 back to my card!!!!!

Company's information about how long it takes to process and ship is not accurate and is very misleading.

Placed 3 orders on the 12th of December. Website says 5 to 7 days to process and complete order before shipping. 11 days later i get a notice saying items have "shipped" which is simply a tracking number has been created.
Also, items are shipping from China... nowhere on its website does it indicate that items are shipping internationally.
Can't say anything about the quality of the the items bought because 2 weeks later, still haven't received anything.

This is such a great addition to our family Christmas. Great work, great quality and a great price. Will definitely order from this company again!

The items they sell are made of plastic, they are junk for $20 they should be ceramic for that price. I wouldn't buy anything from them again

If I could give it zero stars I would! The ornaments that I ordered looked like they were 3 dimensional but upon arrival they are a thin piece of wood. What a waste of $19.00 each and they took 3 weeks to get from China!

I ordered two Christmas ornaments, they did not look like the picture that was displayed when I placed the order. They were extremely thin and made out of a cheap “wood.” They were both 20$ a piece so not worth the price, were made in China which I was not aware of, and they took 3 weeks to be delivered. Extremely dissatisfied and can not return due to being personalized. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I made an error on my order and hopped i could rectify my mistake before the Oder was started. I sent an E mail and quickly received a reply that my order had been corrected as I had requested. My order was received ON the dates indicated in precisely the condition it was represented. Their communications were quick an precise! A great company to do business with.

The customer service from Rias and the willingness to help was outstanding

Don’t buy from this company….. I ordered what looked like 3d and all I got was painted cardboard for $30….. poor quality and I won’t even gift it to the intended cousin.

I only ordered from Almagems because they make it look like they are shipped domestic USA, Then see it shipped from China. To boot they show my order as delivered and I did not receive my order....50 bucks stolen...kicking myself for not reading reviews.

After placing the initial order, I realized another product would serve better. Prompt helpful customer service made it easy to cancel the first order and replace it with the second. Delivery was quick and right on time as communicated and the item (a personalized blanket for my grandson) was amazing.

Great quality. Loved my order. Got 3 of Family Christmas for my 3 adult kids. Got a Sailor for my son with his name and ship name on it.
