Fraudulent?
Fraudulent? do not buy from this company.
Decided to ignore the few poor reviews on TP - big mistake.
Order supposedly delivered to a different postcode? Can’t access tracking because of it.
I ordered through ApplePay… they had my correct address!
No customer service replies via email or SM beyond ‘we’ll look into it’
No phone number to call.

Purchased black trainers, received white and totally different style. What a joke. Now im requested to provide my card details to pay for the return. Ive sent a complaint message to customer services yet to hear a response. Not impressed.

Misleading customer service – refused to honor EU consumer rights
I purchased a pair of Kenzo boots from Allsole in 2022. After about a year, a defect developed inside the shoe, and I contacted customer service within the 2-year statutory warranty period.
Allsole rejected my complaint, stating that only a 1-year warranty applied – despite the fact that I am based in Denmark and EU consumer law guarantees 2 years of protection against manufacturing defects. I documented the issue and contacted them again, but they refused to reopen the case.
Their customer service gave incorrect legal information and failed to process my valid claim in time. Now the 2-year period has passed – not because I waited, but because they rejected it on a false basis.
The company seems to gamble on the fact that most customers won’t push back or escalate complaints, even when they’re clearly entitled to a solution under EU law.
I’ve since contacted the European Consumer Centre to report the case.
ADVICE TO OTHERS: Be cautious when buying from Allsole if you're in the EU. If something goes wrong, don't expect your consumer rights to be respected.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased boots in April. The company sent the wrong pair. I contacted the company to arrange an exchange or refund immediately. With no reply, I messaged on social media and was finally contacted. After a month or two back and forward, I was told that I had to arrange return shipping at a cost of $76 AUD. I was assured the cost of the item and the shipping would be refunded. I was reassured when I asked for alternatives to me paying that upfront that there were no other options but it would be refunded in a short timeframe. The item was refunded but the shipping still hasn't been despite multiple requests and multiple reassurances that it had been 'processed' and they would 'follow up with finance'. It's now September, 5 months after I purchased the item, and this issue still hasn't been resolved.
I am appalled at the customer service from this company. To guarantee a refund of shipping if I paid upfront and to not attend to that is outright fraudulent.
I highly recommend buying items from a different company, even if they are slightly more expensive. It will cost you less in the longrun

Very quick delivery which was good
Very quick delivery which was good. However the wrong sized shoes have been sent to me which is annoying as now a faff to return and then reorder as you say its my error even though my account tells me I have ordered a UK size 9 ( I was sent a UK size 8)
*** Now the company are telling me its MY fault I ordered the incorrect size..... and I have to pay 2.99 to return an item they have sent in error.
I will not be purchasing from this company again!!! Awful customer relations.
