Poor Service and horrible people to deal with

Tradesman arrived approx. 7 hours late. No update from the company and when WE chased told a number of times"he's around the corner". The company guy on the phone was unhelpful, rude and took an obnoxious manner with us. The Tradesman who turned up couldn't speak English properly and took us 30 mins to explain what 'WE' wanted (we had paid for the hour - was this a ploy too charge for additional money). We were offered a discount, which was never paid. Never use again!!

Expensive, poor communication, slow.

1) First visit engineer was 2 hours late, but no communication so I was left hanging around waiting 2) Lack of communication was constant. I had to chase them constantly to find out what was happening 3) they took weeks to refix a bathroom door handle 4) incredibly expensive, £290 to fix a bathroom door

Stay away

I had a plumber coming over 31 January for a leak coming from the shower. The drains are hidden behind a metal plate so I assumed the metal plate would be taken off to see where the leak was coming from. Instead, the plumber just sealed the metal plate so the water couldn't come out. When I questioned this, his broken English was so bad I didn't understand a thing but hey, I assumed I was the stupid one so I just accepted his explanation that it was all fixed now. Well, that only lasted a few weeks; now water is protruding out of the metal plate again, so obviously, there's something wrong. I contacted the company who got back to me saying the plumber did fix the problem... I asked if another plumber could come and have a second opinion, but the company never got back to me. So this is NOT a serious company. Do not use it.

Do not use this company.

Do not use this company.

Paid the call out fee up front. Originally booked for same day, it was delayed by the company to the following day.

Plumber arrived late in a small hatchback and wanted to charge an additional £241 for the job (which needed a £18 pipe).

We refused so the plumber(?) left; he had no spares in his hatchback.

Horrendous experience - do not use

Horrendous experience - paid for the first hour upfront. Then at end of job, they insisted this was not to be deducted from the total charge (despite saying it would be the day before) and the plumber refused to leave. Felt threatened in my house, and had to call the police before he would go.

Absolutely never use scammersLook at the scammers.

Absolutely never use scammers. We lost a lot of money. These people come to visit and ask for half the deposit to sell it. We were in a hurry and found out that 9 fraudulent companies were being used at the same time. They use bankruptcy and fraud every time. The scammer is Polish and you should know that your family in Poland will be in danger. If you are a scammer reading this, you will regret it greatly.
