If I could leave zero stars, I would. Complete Scam, avoid Ricky and his company at all costs

This has been, without question, the worst contractor experience we have ever had.

We manage over 150 properties across London, so we work with trades and service providers constantly. We understand delays, we understand issues — what we do not understand is being overcharged, having to chase endlessly after payment has already been made, and effectively having to beg for works to be completed.

Communication was rude and unprofessional throughout. Commitments were not honoured, timelines were ignored, and standards fell far below what was agreed.

After years of operating at scale in the London property market, I can confidently say this is the most disappointing and poorly handled service we have encountered.

We will not be using this company again and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

This company is a scam! Work never carried out but was made to pay huge amounts as a deposit. Over a year later still not refunded me the deposit.

Please avoid for your own sake! Ricky Honour and Marcin Mazurek are scam artists. They also operate under different company names including AllRound 365.

Do not use these people, came for the first time in February and I'm still waiting despite already costing me £500 and more, they don't reply to emails and when i eventually managed to speak to RICKY on the phone he was rude and unhelpful to say the least! They charge upfront then spend about 5 minutes actually looking at the boiler then say it needs a part then want money for part upfront then want to charge again to come fit it! Paid for another part which was £210 and ive not seen them since, they don't answer emails and fob you off if you do manage to get them on the phone. CON MEN!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I'm reporting to the police. THEIFT.

Scammers. Using multiple company names. Allround365, MS plumbing Archway_plumbers_N19. Avoid at all costs. Require payment in advance and are total con men. Failed to deal with the issue and left. No refunds. No reply to emails.

This company trades under numerous guises such as Central London Plumbers.
They take money up front then fail to fix the problem. Their plumbers or engineers are unqualified and leave within ten minutes in my case (or apparently fail to turn up at all in others).
I have a solicitor engaged now and will report back here.
I am also getting one of my team full-time writing reviews on as many of their websites as we can track down!
